Not only does the paint job look wonderful, but they also took great care to not trample my many plants that were close to the house, and not let my two dogs escape during the entire 8 day process. "Pérez Painting and More did a great job painting my house, removing the carpet, adding new floors, and cleaning. They also did exterior painting to my house and handyman work such as installing new door seals, curtain rods, fire alarms, pluming, electricity, and welding. As well as fixed cabinets in the kitchen. Jorge, Sergio and their crew worked very hard and did a very clean job. They finished the work during the time stamp asked for and worked very quickly. Hillary their secretary always answered very quickly and always assisted to more additions that I needed. They were so helpful, and the price was great as well. Most importantly, they are hornist! I got estimated amount of floor material that I needed from some other floor guy. After they installed my floor, they left many boxes, they told me exactly how many boxes were left and helped me return to the floor material company. I really recommend them as they will leave you very satisfied and happy with their work."
