"Nick and Ian did such a great job on our bathroom remodel! They removed the old bathtub just like we requested and replaced it with a gorgeous rain-top shower. They also installed a marble countertop sink with storage underneath, new flooring, fresh paint, a bidet toilet, and even added a really nice over-the-toilet storage cabinet that makes the space both stylish and functional. Everything turned out better than I imagined. They were professional, showed up on time, and made the whole process feel really smooth. I couldn?t be happier with how the bathroom looks now?it feels like a spa! I?d definitely recommend Nick and Ian to anyone thinking about remodeling."

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

Basement Remodel questions, answered by experts

It is generally more affordable to finish a basement than an attic, though it ultimately depends on how you plan to use the space. The average cost to finish a basement ranges from $7 to $23 per square foot, while attic renovation costs $30 to $60 per square foot. However, a simple attic conversion to a storage space will cost significantly less.

While bathrooms and kitchens are nearly equal in terms of renovation difficulty, kitchens are the most challenging. Kitchen design, layout, electrical, and plumbing needs all depend on each other for the success of the entire project, and mistakes early in the project can cause trouble later on.

Anything having to do with the structure of your home, such as raising the ceiling, is usually the most expensive part of finishing a basement. Another project component that could be a surprisingly high expense is adding an exterior entrance.

The cost of a walkout basement can be anywhere from $5,000 to $35,000.

There are several small, inexpensive upgrades you can make to upgrade your basement. Although you still need to adhere to building codes and obtain permits when necessary, you can complete small but mighty tasks like painting the masonry walls and installing entertainment devices to make the space more usable.

Yes. Renovating your basement has a return on investment (ROI) of 75%, meaning your remodel investment will significantly increase the value of your home. Besides the ROI, your family can enjoy a larger, more usable space while you live there.
