"The workers were very professional and did an excellent job in removing rugs and installing new vinyl laminate and cleaning up. The office kept us updated when the flooring was delayed a few days. Our floors have a fresh, clean look and we love it!"

"Hector and his crew were very thorough. When I received the estimate assured that the project would begin on July 1 and would take 2 weeks. This included removal of all furniture, carpets in bedrooms, fix cracks where needed, 3 coats overlay, stain(faux finishes) and clear finish. They actually finished a day early and all of our furniture was returned with care to each room. Hector was great to work with and the price was very reasonable for 2600sqâ . I highly recommend this company. They wonâ t disappoint. We love our floors."

"My floor specialist was there on time (early even) and brought a number of samples to see in the space. While she did lean toward the more expensive options and had those out first, she happily showed me more options and was very nice. The installers were there on time, very professional and did a very good, detailed job."

Customers say: Quality work

"I am very pleased the ASAP Renovation, I had laminate flooring installed in my living room and a small bedroom. Th price was great the work was great and when I wasn't happy with the transition strips they replaced them with a better color match, no questions asked. Very professional and friendly. I will use them again for future projects and will recommend them to anyone without question. Thanks Anthony and Jose"

Flooring Installation questions, answered by experts

To determine if your Tucson home is ready for new flooring, inspect for foundation cracks, especially in older adobe or slab homes. Check for moisture issues near patios or evaporative coolers, and ensure your subfloor is level. Rooms with heavy sun exposure may benefit from UV-resistant flooring. Matching your flooring style to the home’s architecture and considering local climate factors will help ensure lasting results.

Helpful?

Before starting a flooring project in Tucson, review your HOA’s guidelines and secure any required approvals. Choose flooring materials that handle high temperatures and resist fading. Work with local flooring contractors to confirm material availability and allow products to acclimate to your home’s climate. Protect adjacent rooms with dust barriers and plan for temporary relocation of furniture to keep your project on schedule.

Helpful?

Combining flooring installation with other home upgrades in Tucson can streamline your renovation and reduce disruption. Coordinating projects like kitchen remodels, HVAC system updates, or interior painting allows contractors to work more efficiently and may help you avoid repeat demolition or dust cleanup. Scheduling flooring with other trades also helps ensure seamless transitions between surfaces and can simplify any necessary permit applications.

Helpful?

Installing new flooring in Tucson provides immediate comfort, improved indoor air quality, and a refreshed look that can boost your home’s appeal. Quality flooring materials help reduce dust and allergens, which is valuable in AZ’s dry climate. Over time, durable flooring stands up to intense sun and foot traffic, supports better cooling efficiency, and can increase your property’s resale and rental value.

Helpful?

Tucson’s hot summers, monsoon rains, and persistent dust directly affect flooring projects. High temperatures can cause some materials to expand, while monsoon season increases moisture risks, especially for wood or laminate. Dry air may lead to static or cracking in certain floors. Scheduling installation during milder seasons and choosing UV-resistant, moisture-tolerant flooring helps ensure a durable, long-lasting result in AZ’s unique climate.
