"02/05/2020 - My wife and I have been in our home for over 20-years and the backyard was in dire need of a “refurbishment”. We chose to center the emphasis on our pool area to turn it into a backyard oasis for our kids and grandkids when they come over to “hang-out” with Mom/Ninnie and Dad/Papa. Bano has an enormous capacity for work. He shows up promptly and stays until he comes to a specified stopping point. He is kind, trustworthy and fair. Our project came out far beyond expectation. The compliments we get are countless – he set the stage for our sanctuary. He pretreated the stains throughout and steam-cleaned the rugs. What a difference after he was done! The stains were gone, the carpet looked and smelled fresh and it gave the apartment a whole new appearance. The rug is several years old, so wear and tear could not be eliminated. But the ground-in soil and stains were gone. He did a great job, was finished in about 45 minutes and it took only 6 hours to dry.
