The texture, paint and baseboard matched perfectly. Insulation had to be replaced, as well, and pictures of the installed insulation were sent to me before the drywall went up, which I appreciated. The technician who performed the work was professional and courteous. I will definitely hire Luna Renovations in the future."

"Grout Lines USA provided ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, from initial contact to scheduling to estimate to project completion. We had a small job (three severely cracked & "tented" porcelain floor tiles). The owner, Ron Martin, responded by giving us an in-home estimate and then scheduling a repair. Ron & his crew arrived as scheduled & completed the job flawlessly. Tiles were cut expertly and grout was installed perfectly. The crew cleaned up after finishing the job & Ron provided excellent advice regarding maintaining the replaced tile. Ron, his wife Connie (company contact & scheduler) & his crew are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"It went really well initially. Process was smooth, and there was no need to babysit the company. They are much more expensive than other quotes I received, though. I chose to go with them because I thought the increase in price would mean no issues. I was wrong. It took them 10 months to come repair one broken tile that broke on installation...4 phone calls later, no response. My husband posted a poor review of them on Google, and they were out the next day. I am saddened that it took a poor review to encourage this company to fix something 10 months after the fact."
