They responded IMMEDIATELY to my inquiry. I had no sooner submitted my inquiry than they were calling me to see what I needed. They immediately scheduled a consultation with one of their staff. Kyle was the gentleman we worked with. He he texted me the day before our consultation to assure me that we indeed had a meeting/consultation at "10:00 tomorrow", and that he would be there. He was very pleasant, kind, and comfortable/easy to work with. Was NOT pushy! He helped us with choosing our flooring, and gave us a good price on the flooring and installation. Excellent and very prompt service! Good prices. Highly recommend!! ??

We not only got all the flooring we wanted changed, but we were also able to get 2 showers tiled, and our bathroom floors changed too! Other companies were estimating to just change our front room and hallway floorings for what Floor Coverings completed for us. They were truly a pleasure to deal with every step of the way, as well. Answering every question and making sure I was informed on exactly what I could get for my money. I will only deal with this company on any future flooring need.

Love our flooring! Love everything about our floors.. Workers worked hard and moved all day. Very nice and thoughtful of us. Really pleased and excited to have new floors. I highly recommend this company. They cleaned everything up and looked after our needs. Very pleased!

Joy and Kris were great! It was so convenient for Joy to bring samples to out house. It helped immensely to compare laminate to our tile. We were able to have our carpet taken out of rooms that were carpeted and replace them with high quality laminate. The laminate matched perfectly with tiled areas. The workers were highly skilled, and moved our furniture out of the way and moved it back at our direction. Nice guys! No complaints!
