"We contacted Floor Coverings International to install travertine pavers in our backyard early in Apr. The salesperson showed us several options in their catalog and then brought out a 24x24 sample of the proposed travertine paver that matched our existing travertine pool coping. We placed the order which was to be installed the following week. That got moved out two more weeks due to delivery issues. When the pavers were delivered, we questioned the installer as they did not look like travertine but he assured us they were and completed the install. To make a long story short while the pavers they ordered had **Trav** in their title they were porcelain tiles not travertine like the sample. They agreed that it was their mistake and several weeks later they replaced the previous install with real Travertine. I am satisfied with the completed install in spite of the missteps and delays"

"02/05/2020 - My wife and I have been in our home for over 20-years and the backyard was in dire need of a “refurbishment”. We chose to center the emphasis on our pool area to turn it into a backyard oasis for our kids and grandkids when they come over to “hang-out” with Mom/Ninnie and Dad/Papa. We decided on putting in an outdoor seating area complete with a BBQ and housing for our refrigerator and stereo. After everything was built (by a separate contractor) we chose to tile the whole project with porcelain slats in earth tone colors – not an easy task. We had met Bano when he was working on another project in our neighborhood and really admired his work; therefore, we contracted with him to install the tile and electrical on our project. Bano has an enormous capacity for work. He shows up promptly and stays until he comes to a specified stopping point. He is kind, trustworthy and fair. Our project came out far beyond expectation. The compliments we get are countless – he set the stage for our sanctuary. "The laminate installer was very professional and did a wonderful job. He even lowered the baseboards in the closet area and was very thorough. The laminate looks flawless. However, the vinyl tile contractor (different company) was not friendly, wouldn't make eye contact and did a substandard install. They left patches of missing grout and didn't lower any of the baseboards which left at least 3/4 inch gap between the baseboards and the new flooring. I asked for a different contractor to come back and fix the work of the tile installers which did happen within a couple of weeks. I wouldn't recommend only because it seems so hit or miss who they are going to send out to you."
