The carpeting was filthy. It had not been cleaned in more than 4 years. Brett did the service himself, arriving on time and ready to work. He pretreated the stains throughout and steam-cleaned the rugs. What a difference after he was done! The stains were gone, the carpet looked and smelled fresh and it gave the apartment a whole new appearance. The rug is several years old, so wear and tear could not be eliminated. But the ground-in soil and stains were gone. He did a great job, was finished in about 45 minutes and it took only 6 hours to dry.

Brett always does an outstanding job.  He vacuums the rugs first. Listen to any concerns that I have. Always does a great job cleaning and when he finishing he goes through the house and explains any major stains that he got out.  
He is very easy to schedule an appointment with and works with your schedule. He always has a lot of knowledge about carpeting.

I called and explained that I had just moved and placed my old house on the market - the carpet looked bad and I was worried about it. He was able to schedule me in immediately. He arrived right on time, was reassuring and helpful, and more importantly, the carpets looked great when he was done. Will be happy to have him return to do the carpets in my new home.

I spent about $350. They did a couple of couches and chairs as well as the carpet. He was extremely prompt, he did the job quickly and the results are wonderful.

I found him on Angies List. He showed up on time, was quick, clean and professional. Very courteous. My carpet was a disaster. I've been in the house for nearly 5 years with 2 dogs and 2 toddlers. My carpets had been vomited, pooped and peed on by all four creatures, spills of all manner of food and drink, and generally treated like garbage.
After he cleaned them, 99.5% of the stains are gone and it smells fresh. Unbelievable, I would never have guessed they could get this clean again. Very happy with his service.

Amazing job! We rented a house while ours was being built and the carpet was gross. After he was done, carpets looked better than when we moved in! On-time, did a great job and answered my questions thoroughly. I definitely recommend this company.

PERFECT - Brett does really really good work, is personable and professional.  This is the 2nd time that I have used him and he is the only guy that I will use in the future...  Trust the reivews, he is just the type of person that you want to do business with.

Great service -- fast, the provider was courteous, and the carpets looked great when he was done. I have a dog that has been marking the carpet a lot and since treatment was done I have not caught her going back to the same spot. I was very pleased with this service.

As he always does, Brett did an incredible job of cleaning the carpets. The carpet was quite dirty. Brett gave us a quote by phone, based on room sizes I provided to him. Although his quote was $400 and well worth that price, he told us that it wasn't as big as he had envisioned and he only charged us $320.00. This also happened on a previous job. Brett is very personable, he arrives to perform the work when he promises. His work is top quality. He will be my first choice whenever carpet cleaning is needed.

Goodfellas was very prompt, pleasant, well dressed, and went right to work. He vacuumed, spot treated, and cleaned the carpet and it looked great. We were pleased and have already referred others in need of carpet cleaning services. He cleaned up and was an all around good choice!

They do very good work.  The owner comes out.  Work takes about a couple of hour. Is very professional and on time.  He uses green non toxic chemicals.  Would recommend them to family and friends.  Use them about 4 times a year.  Pricing varies upon what needs to be done.

Brett did an excellent job. He removed a spot in the carpet that others have not been able to remove; he cleaned chairs that others have not been able to get clean. He lowered his quote after seeing the scope of the job. I would definitely hire Brett again.

Brett was very nice, punctual, and efficient. Quality was alright, other companies I have used were two man crews, so with that they could move couch/loveseat etc. to clean and place on raisers to dry. With a one-man job I suppose that service is hard to provide. The hose also rubbed against my front doorway too much and the paint was chipped off of the trim, leaving a very noticeable bare wood area. I noticed this after he left. Paint chips were all over the front door mat and just inside my interior foyer area. Not happy about that. He did wear shoe covers once job was completed, which I always appreciate. Also, pretreating is included which not all companies provide without extra cost. Overall, the job was okay. Don't know if I would use again.

I have used Goodfellaz several times. Always prompt, do a great job and go beyond my expectations. Lovely to work with and will use them again.

Brett was professional, informative, very personable and just an all around good pick on my part. I hadn't ever looked for anyone to clean tile and grout before so I was totally dependent on Angie's List for information.

Brett was care with the furniture, put protective covers at the doors where there would be contact with the hoses. He explained to me what he was doing and educated me on a number of things I didn't know about tile or grout. I am going to follow his suggestions and do some of the work myself on the baseboards.

I didn't realize it and when I told him I was going to have the traffic areas cleaned as soon as I finish unpacking and get the furniture settled he told me he also cleans carpets. I was so happy with his explanation about his process as opposed to those cleaners who not only saturate the carpet and pad and you have to figure it goes down to the subflooring, and that can't be good. When that happens it takes forever to dry, leaves a sticky residue which is like a magnet for dirt and shortly you have a dirty carpet again. I was going to do whatever it took to avoid going through that.

I was totally happy with the entire experience and will recommend Brett to as many people as I can. He did an excellent job and I'm so happy the tile and grout looks normal again (the dirt was not from me), in fact, I couldn't bring myself to walk barefooted on it before he cleaned it. Way to go Brett!!!
