"Wonderful experience from start of process to end of project. They removed all my tile in kitchen ,entry way, laundry room and carpets in all areas except bedrooms. Laminate flooring and baseboards was replaced throughout the installers were on time and worked very hard to finish the job in 2 1/2 days. They also cleaned up every day after they left. No complaint here the flooring looks great. I would recommend this company a little bit pricey than other quotes I received but it was worth not having any headaches. I am glad I chose them. Brooke the sales representative is very knowledgeable of the products and service. This indeed was a wonderful seamless experience."

"02/05/2020 - My wife and I have been in our home for over 20-years and the backyard was in dire need of a “refurbishment”. We chose to center the emphasis on our pool area to turn it into a backyard oasis for our kids and grandkids when they come over to “hang-out” with Mom/Ninnie and Dad/Papa. We decided on putting in an outdoor seating area complete with a BBQ and housing for our refrigerator and stereo. After everything was built (by a separate contractor) we chose to tile the whole project with porcelain slats in earth tone colors – not an easy task. We had met Bano when he was working on another project in our neighborhood and really admired his work; therefore, we contracted with him to install the tile and electrical on our project. Bano is a perfectionist. Because of his craftsmanship he can manipulate his work to disguise any irregularities with his eagle-eye and unparalleled expertise. He can make a project perfect! Bano has an enormous capacity for work. He shows up promptly and stays until he comes to a specified stopping point. He is kind, trustworthy and fair. Our project came out far beyond expectation. The compliments we get are countless – he set the stage for our sanctuary. "Do I have to choose one word to describe? If so then I can't. There are too many positive adjectives to describe this company: Honest, detail oriented, perfectionism, respectful, superb, wonderful, amazing - Overall 10 STARS. Our journey began when we went to bid for the kitchen remodel - new cabinets, counter tops, kitchen sink, faucet, back splash and island on wheels. We had received several quotes, all outside of our budget. After emailing everyone that message, Jim was the only one who replied back and said let's see what we can do to get you within budget. What???? WOW!!!!!! What company does that? THIS ONE DOES!!! After MULTIPLE back and forths with quotes questions and renderings we were able to proceed WITHIN BUDGET. Of course we were told the cabinets would be ordered and ready by the time the project started. I will be honest and say I've heard that in the past from friends who have had their kitchens remodeled and it didn't happen. But MY OH MY OUR CABINETS WERE IN THE GARAGE DAY 3 OF THE PROJECT!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! WOW WEE!!!!!!!!! James was our guy - he demo'd and installed the kitchen by himself. He is a WORK HORSE. He never stopped except for lunch. He was respectful - told us when he was going to lunch, had ear phones on so we didn't hear music (we were both working from home at this point). Came when he said he would and cleaned up before he left. Countertops were installed EARLIER than expected. Eric who did our backsplash was just as amazing as James. I was planning on using a product that would separate the tiles but when installed on the first wall it just didn't work. Instead of just installing because the customer said so, he stopped to explain the problem and the solution. He also suggested tiny details that I myself never thought of and his suggestions and install were SPOT on. LOVE OUR BACKSPLASH!! OH Did I mention from start to FINISH - 3 and a half weeks!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!! Now mind you ours was a small remodel but golly gee I was expecting 6 plus weeks. I honestly cannot say enough about this company and the employees. I read ALL the reviews and checked their license (IMPERATIVE when hiring a contractor). EVERY review of Jim and Regal is SPOT on. Can't wait to have them come back and remodel our master bath. There is NOONE else I would trust but them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"

"Excellent. Hiring Danny was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had someone else install a 5 foot sliding glass door and it was a nightmare. Danny fixed the door for a good price. I couldn’t be happier with my new door. He also fixed the door on the side of the house and didn’t even tell me. Said it was part of the prepping process. I’m going to put in new kitchen countertops next, and you can believe me, I will be calling Danny."
