"We contacted Floor Coverings International to install travertine pavers in our backyard early in Apr. The salesperson showed us several options in their catalog and then brought out a 24x24 sample of the proposed travertine paver that matched our existing travertine pool coping. We placed the order which was to be installed the following week. That got moved out two more weeks due to delivery issues. When the pavers were delivered, we questioned the installer as they did not look like travertine but he assured us they were and completed the install. To make a long story short while the pavers they ordered had **Trav** in their title they were porcelain tiles not travertine like the sample. They agreed that it was their mistake and several weeks later they replaced the previous install with real Travertine. I am satisfied with the completed install in spite of the missteps and delays"

"02/05/2020 - My wife and I have been in our home for over 20-years and the backyard was in dire need of a “refurbishment”. We chose to center the emphasis on our pool area to turn it into a backyard oasis for our kids and grandkids when they come over to “hang-out” with Mom/Ninnie and Dad/Papa. "Do I have to choose one word to describe? If so then I can't. There are too many positive adjectives to describe this company: Honest, detail oriented, perfectionism, respectful, superb, wonderful, amazing - Overall 10 STARS. Our journey began when we went to bid for the kitchen remodel - new cabinets, counter tops, kitchen sink, faucet, back splash and island on wheels. We had received several quotes, all outside of our budget. After emailing everyone that message, Jim was the only one who replied back and said let's see what we can do to get you within budget. What???? WOW!!!!!! What company does that? THIS ONE DOES!!! After MULTIPLE back and forths with quotes questions and renderings we were able to proceed WITHIN BUDGET. Of course we were told the cabinets would be ordered and ready by the time the project started. I will be honest and say I've heard that in the past from friends who have had their kitchens remodeled and it didn't happen. But MY OH MY OUR CABINETS WERE IN THE GARAGE DAY 3 OF THE PROJECT!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! WOW WEE!!!!!!!!! James was our guy - he demo'd and installed the kitchen by himself. He is a WORK HORSE. He never stopped except for lunch. He was respectful - told us when he was going to lunch, had ear phones on so we didn't hear music (we were both working from home at this point). Came when he said he would and cleaned up before he left. Countertops were installed EARLIER than expected. Eric who did our backsplash was just as amazing as James. I was planning on using a product that would separate the tiles but when installed on the first wall it just didn't work. Instead of just installing because the customer said so, he stopped to explain the problem and the solution. He also suggested tiny details that I myself never thought of and his suggestions and install were SPOT on. LOVE OUR BACKSPLASH!! OH Did I mention from start to FINISH - 3 and a half weeks!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!! Now mind you ours was a small remodel but golly gee I was expecting 6 plus weeks. I honestly cannot say enough about this company and the employees. I read ALL the reviews and checked their license (IMPERATIVE when hiring a contractor). EVERY review of Jim and Regal is SPOT on. Can't wait to have them come back and remodel our master bath. There is NOONE else I would trust but them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"

"Excellent. Hiring Danny was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had someone else install a 5 foot sliding glass door and it was a nightmare. Danny fixed the door for a good price. I couldn’t be happier with my new door. He also fixed the door on the side of the house and didn’t even tell me. Said it was part of the prepping process. I’m going to put in new kitchen countertops next, and you can believe me, I will be calling Danny."

"We chose 2nd Generation Flooring based on reviews which is why I think it's so important for me to provide this one. I also think it's very important to note that the "negative" reviews are from people who have never actually worked with 2nd Generation Tile ... AND that the owner, Mike, responded to each of them which speaks to his professionalism and work ethic. We purchased a 2200sf home knowing that we would tear out every square inch of the existing tile, laminate, carpet and tiny baseboards. Mike was extremely responsive, patient and personable throughout the quoting process. Knowing that we wanted to get into the house as soon as possible, Mike had Ted start the work almost immediately after we received the keys. As a one-man crew, the project took 4 weeks which is exactly what they estimated. After the flooring was completed, we also added a kitchen backsplash to the scope of work. Throughout the process, Mike and Ted communicated well with us, provided their professional opinion when it came to grout color and finish pieces, picked up the tile we ordered (saving us the cost of shipping) and were flexible with our other contractor's (painters) scheduling."
