Great job. Timely & neat

I had one of the worst experiences I ve ever had with a contractor. The man who came out was extremely pushy and would not leave my house I had to ask him several times to go, practically pushing him out the door. He kept trying to convince me that I needed to replace my entire electrical panel because my house was going to catch fire and that I didn t have a lightning rod, so we were at risk of being struck by lightning. Both my husband and I are elderly, and the way he spoke to us was intimidating and inappropriate. I told him repeatedly that all I wanted was a quote to move my existing 240-volt wiring into the kitchen island where the stove is going. But he just wouldn t listen. He sounded like someone on the streets of New York trying to sell T-shirts out of an alley he wouldn t let it go. As he was finally leaving, he turned around and said, Don t worry, I recorded it, and I told him, So did I why do you think the phone was sitting in front of you? A short time later, I got one of those inspection reports where everything is color-coded green for good, yellow for caution, and red for urgent. Every single item on mine was marked green: the panels, the wiring, everything. Then, about a week or two later, he sent me a bid for $1,500, which I assume was to replace the panel even though he never focused on the small wiring job I asked for. His estimate included hiring a concrete company and renting equipment, which made no sense for what I wanted done. It was an awful experience, and my friends are still laughing about how outrageous it was. I would never use Angie again after this because clearly, you don t vet your contractors properly.

They were great, they arrived on a timely manner and didn't take advantage of me when the job ended up being easier than expected, they were transparent and I would definitely recommend them.

They responded quickly, confirmed my troubleshooting, discovered a previous fir, and offered me a variety pack of repair and financing options to ensure my safety and best fit my needs. They were already working on my project before other electricians had even called me. They also did the troubleshooting free of charge for Angi homeowners.

All the people i dealt with at Mister Sparky were amazing! Customer service rep was extremely helpful in setting up my appointment. Field supervisor came out promptly and diagnosed the problem and offered me several solutions. Electricians came out early the next day and worked hard in the unrelenting heat to fix the problem and made sure everything was up to Code and I was happy with the results. Overall a great experience with a great company!

Very clear and helpful with consultation. Helped with adapting to budget and prioritizing options. Installer was great and cared. They left him in his own for an all day project where it rained really hard outside while he was on the roof. It clearly took longer than expected because of that. They accidentally fried our microwave and were very responsive and helpful to remedy that by replacing and installing a new one.

Had to add some circuit breakers and outlets for a freezer and tank less water heater. Also had two smoke detectors changed out, and some outdoor light fixtures installed as well as a timer switch. Rob and Mario did a FANTASTIC JOB with Everything! I am so happy. They were quick, cleaned up well, and showed me how everything works. I'm very pleased. Thank you so much. This is why I always call Mr. Sparky.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done by Terry and Johnny and will consider Mr. Sparky (Terry and Johnny) for one or two additional projects. Let's see how things are over the next week or two.
