You get a contract to review, agree upon a monthly cost, and Chris will text you the date and time he will show up and put your home on his schedule. It was all professionally done which I so much appreciated. And when the day came (today), he texted he would be an hour late and showed up then. The work was done in an hour to clean up both back and front yards, and I couldn't be happier.
