  • Day & Night Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing
I love this company. I have used them for over seven years now and hope to never have to change to another company! They are ALWAYS professional and on time. I have had two mini split heating/air conditioners installed, had ducts sealed, had new better flow registers installed, a new programmable thermostat, two bidets installed, had main HVAC unit maintenance serviced twice a year. It's just the best trust worthy company and recommend them to everyone! The dollar amount was a cost over the last six months as we had all this done after purchasing an old house

  • Lawson Family Plumbing Inc
Amazing service and crew. I've used Lawson for several jobs ever since I discovered them 2 years ago. This time the problem Jeff P. came out to trouble-shoot turns out to be a foundation issue after using a camera to explore the drain. Although the operation was brief, he then took the time to discuss the condition and situation with me and go over options that aren't Lawson Family Plumbing jurisdiction. That is above a beyond the call of duty. Thanks for going over next steps with me Jeff and thank you LFP for always sending me great folks
  • Reddi Services
Was confronted with running water which I was not able to shut off. This was at 4 a.m. and had to book emergency plumbing service. Ben Aguilar from ReddiServices was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and patient to explain what was wrong. He was willing to do additional work and when he left three other problems were taken care of, like cartridge for bathtub water, outside shutoff valve for incoming water, new toilet tank incoming shut off valve and new toilet tank valve and shutoff flapper. I was very pleased with the work done

Re: Brent Sanderson 8/26/22 We want to compliment the work of Brent Sanderson with Reddi Services. We had a whole house plumbing problem where everything was backing up into the showers and tub. We had called our home warranty company but the person they sent out was unable to help because we didn’t know where our clean out lines were buried in the yard and they were not certified to get up on the roof. So…we called Reddi Services for the second time this week. They have really come to our rescue! Brent Sanderson arrived and said - sure we can get up on the roof but I think it would be much better if we could find your clean out lines that go from the house to the sewer. We investigated the logical spots based on where our neighbors clean outs were located. We could not find them. He dug around the possible bushes where we thought it would be but to no avail. Then he put his line into the clean out location on the side of the house. He sent his line through and it reached a stopping point. Miraculously, he could hear a tapping sound and sure enough, he had found the clean out valve underground! It was buried about 6” under the dirt outside a bedroom window…in a totally different location than any other home on our block. He dug it out and found the other line a foot or two away. His perseverance really saved us! He cleaned out the line from the tree roots that had encroached into the line in a couple of spots. He saved the day! He also resealed the toilet in the house that had been the initial point of leakage. We can’t thank him enough! His professionalism, care, and perseverance were unmatched! Thank you so much! When our former circulation pump refused to function I called Reddi Services and requested Marco, as he had done plumbing work for us previously and we were always more than satisfied. Marco arrived here on time, fixed the problem, and was gone in less than one hour. He is a very good ambassador for Reddi Services, as he is prompt, has all the tools he needs, finishes promptly, and has a very nice personality! We will use him again

Marco arrived as scheduled and immediately reviewed our concerns and a quotation was presented to us, which we accepted. Repairs were made in two bathrooms much faster then I had anticipated. All issues were professionally resolved. Marco was very thorough in all that he did. I was also very impressed with Reddi Services dispatch in that they listened to my requests and promptly responded with schedule options for repair. Reddi Services is my source for all my plumbing needs

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
