I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. Here's the email YOU guys sent me.....Read it. It says IN THE MORNING. Hi Brian, Thank you for scheduling an appointment with Mr. Electric, a Neighborly company. The technician opened the dimmer box in the wall, worked on it and told me he hightened the intensity of the light. He turned the lights on, said: “Look, they’re ok now, so I can’t do anything else!” We paid $250.00 and he said the work would be under warranty. That same evening I turned the lights on and 5 minutes later they dimmed down all over sudden without anyone having touched the dimmer! The company Mr Electric is not willing to come out and do the job right. They want another $279.00 for coming out and exchanging the dimmer! After telling them that we want them to come out and finish the job we paid already for, they offered to do that for an additional $129.09!!!! The work is under warranty snd they should do what they promise....BUT THEY PREFER TO COMMIT FRAUD. Truly disgusting.

Horrible experience, before they would provide quote it is their process to go thru whole house including electrical box and document all electrical lights/fire alarms, and electrical sockets. This is not why we brought them to home. we asked if there was a charge for height of ceiling which we disclosed they said the would need to see project. I would never recommend them to come to home as this is BAIT and it was the most horrible experience. Lets now discuss price. they were 3 times more than electrician that actually did job. Very sad please be aware of their process.

This inspection makes sure your electrical system is safe for you and your family, as well as safe for us to work on. Our customers can decline this inspection, but as a home owner myself, I would certainly want to know if there were any safety issues that could affect me or my family. First visit this year, electrician found and isolated portion of the circuit that was causing the problem, plus installed two exterior light fixtures at main entrance door. Second visit Installed GFCI's required to bring home up to code for resale and installed two exterior motion sensitive light fixtures. All completed at a reasonable as quoted price in minimum time. Technician extremely competent as well as personable. If I have other electrical needs, I will call on Mr Electric

I asked for Mr Electric to come out and provide a quote to install a new circuit for a welder. Very professional staff and responsive. They came and looked around and at the end of everything emailed me a quote. I couldn’t believe my eyes. They were charging $80 for circuit breakers. Assuming they aren’t using gold plated parts, I went and bought the parts at Home Depot for <$20. I stopped reading the absolutely ridiculous quote and will be going to someone else for the work. This is highway robbery.

Robert Facio did a fine job on all three projects. Running the conduit for the new outlet was a challenge due to the presence of obstacles (a dog kennel & a storage shed). He was able to work around the obstacles without the need to move them, which would have been very time consuming. Robert was very professional, arriving on time, clearly communicating options, delivering excellent quality work, and thoroughly cleaning-up.

John Russo was excellent to work with. He was professional, and courteous. When informing me of issues with my circuit breakers, he gave me several options for paths I may want to take to resolve the issues, and explained each. I chose to replace the circuit breakers as I have experienced issues when they have been tripped. He also showed me other steps I can take to help ensure rain water will not get behind the box and cause it to pull away from the house again. Additionally, he fixed the door to the breaker box so that it is now easier to open and close. And moreover, I never felt any pressure from a “salesman”. After telling my mother about my experience with working with him, she wants to use him for her electrical issues at her house. I will be forwarding his contact information. Thank you John and Mr Electric, I feel confident that I have someone I can rely on in the future.

Ok. Service guy was professional, on time and fixed the problem. I just thought it was way overpriced for the work he did to find the problem. It wasn't that complex of a problem to solve and it cost probably about 2X the amount I thought it should cost. I got a quote on other services... but I'll probably select another company for the work.

Mr. John Russo from Mr. Electric did a fantastic job. John is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and very polite & friendly. He is exactly the way it used to be in the United States. The appointment was at 8AM. He called at 730AM to say he's on the way. At 8AM, the doorbell rings, he's here. By his own idea, he takes off his shoes to walk on our carpet. I explain the situation, he says he'll take a look. After 15 minutes, he comes to tell me he has identified the issue and will resolve it. He then fixes the light and then asks me to take a look. Next, just to make sure everything else was alright, he went outside to check our electrical box. Then, he went thru the house checking all of the electrical outlets. He answered all of my questions and made several recommendations. Great job! I wish he was my doctor and car mechanic. You better get this guy while he's still working at Mr. Electric. You just don't get high caliber service like this anymore.

John came out 2 hours after I called. That's amazing in itself. He found the problem in 10 minutes. Flipped a breaker, and it worked! I had already flipped it a dozen times!! Regardless he didn't charge me anything. Most places charge a show up fee. This was free. Amazing. John also informed me that sure it works now. But there is obviously something that caused the circuit to trip. So he went through scenarios. just great customer service.
