I waited 4 weeks for them to come down for a Generator install estimate. 8/21/23 and they were a no show...no call, no nothing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb. And NO MR. ELECTRIC.....my appointment was scheduled for the MORNING and I kept the email that says that. If you'd like to see it.....send me your email and I'll forward it to you. There was NO confusion on my part. It was YOUR company that dropped the ball. Time for you to OWN IT and don't blame the customer who waited 4 weeks to only get stood up. The technician opened the dimmer box in the wall, worked on it and told me he hightened the intensity of the light. He turned the lights on, said: “Look, they’re ok now, so I can’t do anything else!” We paid $250.00 and he said the work would be under warranty. That same evening I turned the lights on and 5 minutes later they dimmed down all over sudden without anyone having touched the dimmer! The company Mr Electric is not willing to come out and do the job right. They want another $279.00 for coming out and exchanging the dimmer! After telling them that we want them to come out and finish the job we paid already for, they offered to do that for an additional $129.09!!!! The work is under warranty snd they should do what they promise....BUT THEY PREFER TO COMMIT FRAUD. Truly disgusting.

Mr. Electric's electrician, RL was the best!! He called to confirm, came as scheduled and was very fast, friendly and courteous. I will now be referring Mr. Electric to my friends, family and clients! Great service is to hard to find and I appreciate it when I find it!!

Horrible experience, before they would provide quote it is their process to go thru whole house including electrical box and document all electrical lights/fire alarms, and electrical sockets. This is not why we brought them to home. we asked if there was a charge for height of ceiling which we disclosed they said the would need to see project. I would never recommend them to come to home as this is BAIT and it was the most horrible experience. Lets now discuss price. they were 3 times more than electrician that actually did job. Very sad please be aware of their process.

Technician completed all work as requested. He made recommendations regarding fire alarms and electrical capacity.

I asked for Mr Electric to come out and provide a quote to install a new circuit for a welder. Very professional staff and responsive. They came and looked around and at the end of everything emailed me a quote. I couldn’t believe my eyes. They were charging $80 for circuit breakers. Assuming they aren’t using gold plated parts, I went and bought the parts at Home Depot for <$20. I stopped reading the absolutely ridiculous quote and will be going to someone else for the work. This is highway robbery.

Robert Facio did a fine job on all three projects. Running the conduit for the new outlet was a challenge due to the presence of obstacles (a dog kennel & a storage shed). He was able to work around the obstacles without the need to move them, which would have been very time consuming. Robert was very professional, arriving on time, clearly communicating options, delivering excellent quality work, and thoroughly cleaning-up.

Robert arrived right on time and did careful, excellent work. Very happy with the results and the experience.

Joe was FANTASTIC. He arrived right on time, assessed the work and completed the job quickly and in a very cost effective manner. I will definitely hire this company for further electrical needs in my home.

The Technician, John Russo, was excellent. John was a delight to work with. Great communication, explained things, and did a neat, clean, job according to the specs and codes required. I would highly recommend John for future projects.

Ok. Service guy was professional, on time and fixed the problem. I just thought it was way overpriced for the work he did to find the problem. It wasn't that complex of a problem to solve and it cost probably about 2X the amount I thought it should cost. I got a quote on other services... but I'll probably select another company for the work.

Robert Facio was outstanding!!! He did the work requested, had a very pleasant manner & cleaned up both areas before leaving.

John came out 2 hours after I called. That's amazing in itself. He found the problem in 10 minutes. Flipped a breaker, and it worked! I had already flipped it a dozen times!! Regardless he didn't charge me anything. Most places charge a show up fee. This was free. Amazing. John also informed me that sure it works now. But there is obviously something that caused the circuit to trip. So he went through scenarios. just great customer service.

Very courteous and professional. Disappointed in the price. Although he provided a quote and I agreed looking back it was awfully expensive for what little work required.

First of all, I have to say that Mr Electric is the BEST company I have hired EVER in regards to electrician work. They have always been punctual, professional, and finished the job efficiently and cost-effectively. Without reservation they are the GO_TO company to use

Sal and Albert did a very good job. The work was done well. They were courteous and cleaned up after their work as best as possible. They were on time and pleasant.

The underground pipe carrying the wires for the pool pump became corroded and the wires were shorting out. John did a great job of evaluating the situation and providing options. The price quoted was fair and he was very professional. John completed the work quickly and did a good job with installing the pipe along the roof line so it didn't look out of place. John's approach was consultative and I felt like he provided the best solution.

While swapping out the old electrical boxes in the ceiling, Mr Electric made a total mess out of the surrounding drywall in the ceiling, and they kept my old boxes . . . I was told that the new ceiling fan would cover up the drywall mess.

First visit this year, electrician found and isolated portion of the circuit that was causing the problem, plus installed two exterior light fixtures at main entrance door. Second visit Installed GFCI's required to bring home up to code for resale and installed two exterior motion sensitive light fixtures. All completed at a reasonable as quoted price in minimum time. Technician extremely competent as well as personable. If I have other electrical needs, I will call on Mr Electric

I was notified ahead of time as to when he would be at my residence. Was here as scheduled, in uniform with all equipment required to perform the job. Note I supplied the LED fixtures. Was initially going to have 3 fixtures installed, but where I wanted the third fixture turned out to not be on a switch (hot all of the time) so canceled that portion of the job. Price was reduced accordingly. Note: Fixtures I supplied were originally plug-in, I choose to have them hard wired in. All work done expertly and efficiently. Received quote for electrical panel which I accepted. Initial down payment for that work was the cost of the permit to perform the job, which was extremely reasonable. Note: quote included manufacturer of panel and circuit breakers as per my request. Company will supply 1 of 3 panel manufactures, including Square D, GE and Siemens, all reputable manufacturers.

John Russo from Mr Electric met with us and we presented him with one large and several small projects we wanted done. He reviewed our requirements and presented us with options that we hadn't thought of for the large project. He then quoted the job, and having met with another company we knew that it was a fair price. He then scheduled the job for a couple of days later. He showed up on time, and did an excellent job. He was very personable, and we were totally comfortable with him. We observed some of his work, and it was apparent he knew exactly what he was doing. He made sure that we understood all aspects of what he was doing, and that we were happy with the work. He even called back the next day and checked to make sure that all was well. We have no reservations recommending Mr Electric to anyone needing their expertise. We will definitely use them for any future electrical work we need, and will specifically ask for him.
