She went above and beyond and contacted Dunn Edwards, spoke to a gal there, gave her my name and told her that I would be going there to look at the paint and pick out my colors. When I got to Dunn Edwards the person was expecting me, helped me immediately and I was out in just a few minutes. On the day that I was to have the job performed Alan the crew chief came and spoke to me and explained that it was going to rain in a few short hours (which it did) and recommended we postpone the job until a few days later. He came on the specified day, applied the paint and waited until the paint sufficiently dried to apply a second coat. He did a meticulous job to my satisfaction. He was very professional, on time and very customer oriented. This was not my first time using Envision Painting. They painted my home about 6 mos. ago and again did an excellent job. I am very very picky and I can't say enough about how they assured me that they were going to please me and they definitely did an excellent job as well as provided excellent customer service.
