"I love this family business. The sons and dad are in business together and they have been doing it for a long time. I have been looking for a painter for a long time and I got a quote last year from another painting company. I didn’t move on my decision until my friend highly recommended John and James White. The father came and gave me a quote that was cheaper than the company that I got a quote from last year. Knowing that it will save money, my friend trusted their work, and also my husband got a bonus from his job helps me to decide to hire John and James White. James and his nephew came to my house on Friday June 9, 2023 to pressure wash the exterior walls and to clean off the dirt and things on walls. I asked James and his nephew to spray off a few extra spots at the house and they were willing to go above and beyond their job duty. On the Tuesday that they scheduled the painting, the painting team came early and started the work. They have teams that they send out to do the work. The team came every day from Tuesday to Friday early. They cleaned up afterward and I don’t have to worry about the clean up. I like the team they sent out. It was a father and his two sons. One of the son’s name was Cane. At first they color matched my house but then I found the paperwork from the builder and the HOA that shows my house color scheme. I immediately told them that morning but they already went and ordered the first color that matched the exterior. After many years of not painting the house, the color fades away so the color match is not always the exact color. It was really nice of them to abort the color match color and purchased new paints that goes with my original color scheme. If you live in an HOA neighborhood, you have to match the original house color if you don’t want to submit an architectural plan to get permission for the board of directors to change your color. I like how considerate they were to change the paint color for me at a loss for them. They got rid of several tubs of 5 gallons containers. I was home must of the time and was able to inspect the work and once in a while I would point out something that I thought needed to be done and the team did it to my satisfaction. My wood trim at the top of my house got termites so they had to replaced it. I appreciated that they told me so I can replace them. This was extra work and materials and I paid for them. I am glad to get it done so I don’t have to replace the wood in the future. When they were done, they were able to fulfill their work promise to me that we agreed for them to do. Every single agreement John and James White said they will do has been done. They even went above and beyond. For example, my door weather strip was old and needed to be done so I asked Cane if he would be willing to put it in for me if I got it from Home Depot. Cane did it. I would highly recommend John and James White. You won’t be disappointed. I am a happy customer."

"I was referred to JP Brothers Painting from a family friend who had a great experience. From the start, Maggie was awesome and always responded promptly to any messages. The painters were always early and never late to the time they provided. I am a detail oriented person and there were many cracks and holes in my stucco, fascia boards cracking, and foundation paint cracked. They went above and beyond my expectation with all the work they did in prep, which we all know is the most important. They used Sherwin Williams superpaint and the quote provided was more than reasonable. "I already gave American Home Pros a 5-star review when they completed the job, which also included extensive stucco repair and replacement of rotten wood. Now, I want to praise their exceptional customer service. About 3 months after completion something happened to damage some of our paint. It was not a warranty issue, but American Home Pros immediately responded to my plea to have a technician complete the repair, so that we could maintain the high quality exterior they had given us. They scheduled the job promptly, did an amazing job, and Alex could not have been more competent or professional. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!"

"Initally it took some back and forth conversations with the sales rep to get them to match their competitors bid but they did come through on their promise. Although it did take a few pointers with the paint crew to make sure they understood the job and the quality of work we were expecting we are very pleased with the outcome. The painters were friendly and easy to work with. I do think the company should invest in some lifts or something as there was quit a bit of inefficiency with them trying to paint our 21 ft ceilings with ladders? They had to have two guys hold the ladder while one guy painted. I'm thinking the lift would pay for itself in a few jobs just with the savings in productivity alone? As a result it took a lot longer to complete the job. But over-all very pleased with the work and the experience. I will hire them again when we need the outside of the house painted."
