"I sent out for bids to 5 Angieslist "A" rated painting companies.  James was one of four that bid, and one of only two who actually came to the home to personally inspect the job. After carefully reviewing all of our quotes we decided to work with James. His bid was not the lowest, however, we felt most comfortable with him based on his lifetime experience as a professional painter, the quality of the paints he proposed, his knowledge of the processes, etc. He's very personable and I learned that both his father and grandfather before him were full-time painting professionals. As a long term valley residents (me 50+ years, my wife 3rd generation native) we've had a lot of exterior painting done. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! Even though our original plans were to just paint the fence now and then repaint our entire 2-story home in about a year or two, we're moving forward with doing the home now, and we are using James Horn and his team to do it.
