Our shiplap wall used to look awful. And I can’t count how many times painting companies knocked on our doors and asked if we want to paint the house. We always turn them away and tbh it can be really annoying. But what made us go with Keith? One day, Richie knocked on our door, and before I could say anything to reject him, he already disclosed his whole lineage - his father, his grandfather were all in the business. He made a great first impression so when we finally decided to paint the house, I made an effort to find their business card and gave them a call. The whole estimation process was so smooth and the price is fair in this market. Richie was very professional and gave us updates each step of the way - we know how many workers will be onsite at what time, and what they will do the next day and at approximately what time they would finish the day and leave. And the actual painters (very sorry we didn’t get their names) were very respectful to the place, and they are efficient and gentle! They rarely spooked my fearful dog even! I have a lot of flowers and plants planted against the wall, they managed to work around all of them without damaging anything, compared to the previous painters, where we could see they just directly left patches unpainted behind the plants. After everything was done, they cleaned up meticulously and put back everything they had touched. I’m really impressed! We will definitely recommend Richie and his crew to anyone who needs a fresh look on the house.

We recently had our home fully painted by A Keith, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our house, built in the 1950s, hadn’t been painted in many years and was in desperate need of care—it was faded, cracked, peeling, and just looked tired. Richie gave us a very fair quote, and in just 6 days, he and his team completely transformed our home. The house now looks fantastic. Richie was professional, responsive, and truly cared about making sure we were satisfied. He checked in multiple times during the project, did walk-throughs, and made sure any little details we noticed were addressed right away. His crew worked quickly but with great attention to detail. After the job was finished, I was a little disappointed in that they seemed to rush to finish (resulting with some areas needing more patching). However, I was more than pleased with the follow-up as well as the end result (patching/repainting was redone in a timely manner). In summary, I would definitely use this company again!!

K-CO exceeded my expectations. They were clear on the bid/work to replace old underlayment, as well as the price. The tiles on this two story home are 24 years old and they managed to replace damaged tiles with a reasonable match after they put the new double layer underlayment on. I also asked for the back patio roof, which is flat, to get completely redone and re-trimmed with new wood. The top and sides look brand new! In short— honest, on budget, quality work, tidy crew, done in time frame expected. Would highly recommend.

Excellent. Richie was easy to work with and very professional. Price was very reasonable. House. The house original color scheme was in two colors. We were restricted to paint the house the same color per HOA restriction without submitting a color change request. Richie made some excellent suggestions on how to paint the house using the same colors but accenting different architectural points on the house. I.e. Pop Outs, garage and house doors doors, and eaves. Very effective! Painters were well experience, neat, friendly and very patient. We have no complaints in the job overall. Will use them again
