Amazingly clean job!! The roofers were all professional. The communication with John was wonderful. Start to finish only took four days for a large roof. It was a great experience.

John’s company is just as the name suggests. He explained the process for repairs to my roof, then presented me with a reasonable price and performed the work shortly after completing the contract. I was not able to be present for most of the job, but was kept up to date with details and photos. Will definitely use them again. Very happy with their work.

John painted my home in Scottsdale 5 years ago and I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and communication. I recently moved to a historic home in Phoenix and his team did a great job repairing the stucco wall, patching wood siding and helping choose color schemes. My home has received so many compliments that my neighbor hired him as well. He is timely, communicates any issues or delays and you pay when you are satisfied that the job meets your expectations. He has great customer service skills!!

He was very professional, personable, and very patient. I first contacted him in October to have this one in the early part of January and circumstances presented themselves that I had to keep postponing it but he was very easy to work with. He accepted extending the time period to get this work completed. The estimate was originally three days but he completed all the work in two days. He was very thorough in making sure that the premises or protected from paint overspray and he left it in a very immaculate condition.

I was extremely satisfied with repairs and especially the attention to detail that was given to my roof as he went beyond the scope of work!

Everything went well and as scheduled and planned. John and his crews did an excellent job on both our patio roof and exterior painting. The only side note is that our pool was left with some overspray on it - I think from getting the side yard fence painted.

John was extremely easy to work with. His turnaround time was fantastic and his communication was superb. I would definitely hire him again. The paint job really turned out well and he found an issue I had with my roof and was able to fix that too.

Dependable Painting was wonderful. John came out and walked around the house. He explained what work would be performed and the amount of time it would take. His price was very competitive and reasonable. He had time available during the next week so he was able to pressure wash the house, prep and paint in two days. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself daily. When he was done, we walked around the house and inspected the job. He touched where needed. It was a very pleasant experience. Excellent job!! From the first phone call to the final handshake, true professionalism. John from dependable was in constant contact throughout the process. He went above and beyond contacting our HOA to ensure proper paint colors. He walked our entire home and explained every detail of the job. When his team arrived to paint, they kept us informed and were super polite and courteous to our work from home environment. No detail was overlooked. Our home looks beautiful again. They did excellent work at a great price. We would recommend to anyone.
