John showed up on Memorial Day to take a look and give me a quote. Not only was he very detailed in what they would be doing, but also very open about cost and followed through 100% on everything. The two man crew that showed up did the most beautiful job of painting my house. It looks brand new. They were respectful and kind. The most important thing that I'd like to mention other than the amazing work that they performed is that I had a morning dove that decided to build a nest on my solar box. They asked me what I would like to do with the bird, and I said, "Can you just shoot her away when you need to paint that area?" Not only did they paint that area perfectly but they placed her nest back where it belonged as she had two little eggs in there and when they were leaving there she was in her nest like nothing ever happened. To me, that means so much that they took the time and care for that bird and her babies. It speaks volumes about this company.

Jimmy was very responsive and friendly to work with. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was a little better than most. I highly recommend them. My only critique is I would like to see more details in paperwork beforehand such as a contract and job details.

John called within about 15 minutes of my requesting a quote here on Angi. Of the 3 painters available out here my roommate was most impressed with him (I was in Indiana at the time) and the quote was in line with everyone else. He came out, explained to her what would be done and then waited a couple days while we got approval from the HOA. I told him we had the go ahead at 7pm, his crew was at the house at 7am the very next day. They prepped the house and painted the whole thing, 2100 Sq ft, in a single day. I was coming home in 2 days so he said he'd wait until I had a chance to look at it before requesting payment. Everything looked great, all the stucco cracks were filled and everything pops. I'm pleased and would recommend to anyone.

I would 100% hands down recommend Charles & Alex Painting to everyone! I submitted an inquiry on a Friday, received a call just 15 min later saying they could come out and do a quote and was here about 20 min later. They started just 2 days later on that Monday, worked all day Monday and just a few hours on Tuesday and they had the whole house complete! We could not be more satisfied!!

John and his team did a great job. Our house looks amazing! They were very neat, cleaned up each day, and were so hardworking. When they were finished I found a couple spots that I wanted touched up (I’m super picky) and John sent his crew the next morning to take care of it. These days it’s so hard to get quality work done by different trades. We have worked with landscapers, electricians, and handymen over the last year and dealing with John was by far the best experience we have had. Highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Saw a post on FB in a community group. Someone recommended James as a painter. Reached out to him. Heard back right away. Quote was competitive and James was always responsive to messages. I also checked a reference before deciding. They just finished the job yesterday. Excellent quality. Crew was on time and respectful both days. We love the way the house looks! DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL. Jim canceled on us the night before our scheduled painting start date, leaving us stranded with no options. He came to look at the house and gave us a quote for painting our house 2 weeks prior to start date. We made arrangements including closing and moving days around Jim’s word on when he will finish painting. He gave us a contract and we paid him. The day before he started painting, he brought “his crew” who seemed like a subcontractor (so they are not even doing their own work!). After discussion with the subcontractor, Jim refused to work and demanded significantly more money than originally agreed on. We agreed to give him more money because he cornered us in a difficult situation. He then demanded more money and proceeded and when we questioned him, he cancelled on us in an extremely rude manner over the phone. Jim is also deceitful. He lied about the paint he would use for us. During his visit and in his contract, he said he would use a higher-grade paint. The samples he brought for us were far cheaper than what we had agreed upon. I spoke with his partner at company who refused to help us as well. It was clear that clients mean nothing to Jim or his company. I strongly advise against working with Jim or Charles & Alex Painting. Their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and lack of accountability left us deeply frustrated. Find a contractor who values their clients and respects their commitments to avoid similar disappointment and inconvenience.

The painters came this morning and finished at 4:00 p.m. They did a fantastic job! John came to make sure of my satisfaction. I wish there were more companies/people like C&A painting. My house looks beautiful! It hasn’t been painted since 1992. The wood trim looked really bad. They really did a good job making it look much better. The colors I picked turned out beautiful, Dunn, Edwards Parisian night for the wood trim and French white for the siding and stucco. The guys were very courteous, fast and efficient. Good job!

I went to Angi's list to find someone to paint the exterior of our home. Within seconds of me submitting my request, I got a phone call from Jimmy. He was at my house within 45 minutes to give us a bid. He walked the perimeter with us and discussed the scope of work and price. I had checked their reviews and found they were excellent. We hired his company and they started the job about 10 days later. He had a two man team, but I have never seen anyone work like that! They were fast, but thorough. They had my 4000 square foot home completely painted with both body and pop out colors in TWO days! Jimmy checked on the job both days and showed up as his team was finishing. He walked the perimeter again with us to make sure we were satisfied. His men even moved all the patio furniture and set it back up when completed! We love the job they did and I would recommend them to everyone! They not only did a fabulous job but their price was excellent as well. If you need painting done- call Charles and Alex Painting!

Shopped for quite a while for a painter to paint my home exterior. C&A came in with the best bid and I went with them. Totally great experience, scheduled within a week and had the whole job done in just one day (2000 sq. ft., 1 story). They even threw in an extra gallon of paint free because there wasn't much left over. Highly recommended.

They did a very good job and offered a very good price for the work.
