"Service requested, Craig of Tree Logic showed when requested, provided estimate and date to complete job. I regret it has taken me this long (6mos) to document "outstanding" service and care provided by Tree Logic and crew. On date agreed, Craig and crew showed and immediately went to work on trimming and thinning 2 large Chinese Elms (30+ft, 16yrs old) in front yard, which I consider a "huge" attraction for the value of house and property....I did not want sight of overgrown, or "too" thinly manicured trees, as the 1st impression of my property. Craig and crew worked efficiently and "caringly" to sculpture the trees the way I envisioned. The remaining 4 trees were completed and all limbs and trimmings removed. At completion of job, I could only "smile" at what Tree Logic did for my property. And, 6mos later, that "smile" breaks-out every time I drive up to my property. Thanks Tree Logic, Craig and crew."

"Bryan and his team at Essence AZ did a fantastic job with a tricky tree removal. It was a tight spot, but they did it safely and quickly. They hauled all the debris away and ground the stump, and it was great. All this was done at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future."

"We had a 60+ ft, multi trunk ficus that was planted over 30 years ago, it had become a lot of work for us to keep the leave cleaned up at our age. Plus it appeared to have a disease starting. I left a request on Angie’s list around 4am, heard back from Francisco by 4:30a and he could come by to give us a quote around 6:45. He was here right on time, explain their process and gave us a reasonable quote. Also saying he could do it that very day. Within the hour he had his crew here, started the cutting of branches , carefully by hand and ropes bring them down without damage to anything around (which was a concern at first since it was 6-7’ from our house and dining room windows.) It took about 7 hours, to bring it down to the stump, then they came back first thing the next morning and ground down the stump. You can’t even tell there was ever a tree there. Excellent work, very impressive customer service."

"These guys were great! 11/10 They showed up on time and knocked out the stump removal in less than 15 min. They kindly remove some branches I had back there from another tree trim without even asking. When they were done, I mentioned wanting the giant tree in the front trimmed and they were able to squeeze that in for a reasonable price. I would def hire them again. "

"I had a pine tree that had several dead branches that the crew cut off but didnt not seal the cuts. Now i have tree sap running down the tree, all over the ground and on my vehicle. It says on the internet.. quote " it's generally not considered good for tree sap to run down a tree after a branch is cut, although a small amount of sap seeping from a fresh cut is normal and not a cause for concern; excessive sap flow can attract pests and diseases, so proper pruning techniques to minimize sap leakage are recommended. " unquote. I am concern about all this sap mess. My question why wasnt the spot where the brances were cut not sealed with tree tar or plastic. Now CHIPS TREE SERVICE has left my tree open to disease and insect infestation!!!! I would not hire them again for trimming trees."
