"We were nervous about our first major purchase for our home. In the end, we are elated with our decision to go with Dallin for our pool. Beyond just the quality of the craftsmanship, he did a fantastic job in representing the entire process, and with delivering on the expectations he set. In total, everything was completed in about 30 business days. The pool was built exactly to the drawing they laid out. Dallin also provided very clear and concise directions for what is needed from us (including watering the shotcrete shell) <br /> Dallin was very involved throughout the process, and made it a point to be on site for the majority of the work being performed. "Contract signed on January 31, 2014. Work got stalled on how to fix brick coupling before we settled on the second row of tiles. There was a problem with communication as my contact would reply to a different Mel. A leak developed around the equipment when job was complete on or around 4/14/2014. Superior did chase the leak until I found an underground leak line that was leaking. I am reasonable satisfied with the overall job. I got a quality job done for a reasonable price. Communications were only average and led to some anxiety on my part. It would be nice to receive a sheet of instructions when the job is done. <br />show more

"<p>We could not be happier with our Pegasus Pool.&nbsp; We worked with Chip (the owner) and Kane (Project Manager) in designing and constructing&nbsp;our pool.&nbsp; They listened to what we wanted in a pool and worked hard to keep everything within our budget.&nbsp; We spent a lot of time with Kane, or he spent a lot of time with us, going over my&nbsp;dream of the pool I wanted.&nbsp;&nbsp;This pool was more to me than a hole in the ground with water for cooling purposes.&nbsp;&nbsp;Once Kane heard the dream, the wants and needs he put pen to paper and came up with something that we're really happy with.&nbsp;&nbsp;Now that the pool is in and we're enjoying it-- me, my husband and our dog, we couldn't be happier.&nbsp; Everything came together perfectly ... we enjoy the&nbsp;pool, the therapy water jets, but most of all.... the waterfall.&nbsp; My waterfall is&nbsp;big.&nbsp;Close your eyes and you'd swear you're in the mountains next to your favorite steam the way it falls and trickles over and around the rocks.&nbsp;&nbsp;Once we get the landscaping in, we won't have to head to the mountains on a summer weekend, we'll just walk out the back door.</p> <p>Chip and Kane were punctual for every meeting -- whether at our home or the design center.&nbsp; If delayed, they called.&nbsp; We were never left hanging and not knowing what was going to happen next.&nbsp; The sub-contractors were on time and cleaned up every day.&nbsp; Kane provided a way to keep our dogs away from the construction area so they didn't hurt themselves.&nbsp; There were a couple of hiccups but nothing of any consequence .... at this point, we don't remember what they were because Kane and Chip always made everything right and sometimes, even better.&nbsp; Kane and Chip were always assessable by phone or text.&nbsp; For us, Chip and Kane conducted business and treated us the way all businesses should -- the Nordstrom of pool companies.</p> <p>We love Kane and Chip.&nbsp; They are welcome in our home anytime.&nbsp; We would hire Pegasus Pools again .... in a heartbeat ....&nbsp; As happy as we were to have the pool completed, we miss seeing Chip and Kane.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p>show more

"Well, here goes our final review of Love Pool Care before we submit photos after our landscape is done in 2 weeks. One word, “EXCEPTIONAL”! Michael Love and his team, Gonzalo, Justin, office staff, field staff, etc. went way above customer service, communication, ethics and of course the work itself. We had a plumbing issue that was not part of the proposal, what did they do, they corrected all of on their dime. When we had a question about any part of this process, it was communicated to us via email or phone call right away. When we had concerns about our pets and the new deck and patio, they reassured us. Everything about this experience was unbelievable. My supervisor overheard me speaking about our job and I referred him to Love Pool.
