"Geno, Norm and Danny from Gray Beards were amazing. After many phone calls to other contractors, checking references and reviews, we contracted with Gray Beards to build a 800 sq. ft. casita for my in-laws in late 2021. The construction concluded in March 2022. If every contractor were as professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about their product as Gray Beards does, we would have stellar construction everywhere. Every time the inspector from the City came out (and there were many) he commented by saying "this is the way a house should be built". Everything Gray Beards said they would do they did and each step was done professionally and with pride in their workmanship. My in-laws are now moved in and love their new home. We could not be happier with our choice to contract with Gray Beards. In addition to having an amazing casita, we consider Geno and Norm lifelong friends. Regardless of your needs, before you contract with any contractor, give Gray Beards a call. You truly get what you pay for and will not be disappointed.

"Cactus Valley Homes built our custom home. Don came highly recommended by our bank. He stayed on schedule in this period of supply chain issues with careful planning. He communicated daily, we always knew what was happening at the site and who would be onsite. He was very careful to make sure design details were satisfactory. "Some of the work was satisfactory. Some was not. Billing was a nightmare. Took months to get a refund of payment made upfront and then get my over-payment back. Panel that was installed was missing breakers. No circuit labels in panel. Hole left in side of building--not caulked or closed off where conduit went through. Hole cut in wall for panel was larger than the panel. This required additional drywall and painting. The good news, they don't answer the phone, but if you leave a message, they usually and promptly reply with an email.

"Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty. SERVICE: Just talk to Weston for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done.
