"Very knowledgeable and efficient rep.  He answered all my questions about termites.  The different species in this area.  How they propagate and what they eat.  Also, how the termidor works.  The cost for this treatment is very reasonable, and the product that they use has been proven.  He also told me to keep the dogs inside away from the product for another two hours, which is very considerate.
I would recommend this company to anyone having problems with termite infestation.  There was no pressure for an annual "contract" like other pest control businesses will do, and all they do is termites.  I felt very comfortable with the way they do business.
