They called day of appointment, confirmed time and arrived promptly. Went right to work and updated me on progress. Completed in a timely manner. Would use these pros again.

Excellent service. Tech came at time promised. Explained what he was going to do. When he was finished, he showed me pictures of the work he did. Everything left in clean orderly condition. A pleasure to do business with them.

They were prompt in scheduling an available appt and explained over the phone in detail what they would be doing to clean my vents. I chose this company due to high ratings. They were on time, prompt and courteous thorough and it took about 3.5 hours as my house is rather small. Prior to service we had so much dust and could not keep from dusting furniture every single day. Now we don't need to dust often. Glad I got it done since our vents are 25 years old.

I could not communicate with the repairman, he had very limited English and kept repeating that ?this is my job? and argued with m about getting a picture of the cleaned out vent. He did not do the steps I was told he would do over the phone. The service sounded good over the phone.

Everything was good. I did feel that I didnt need the service after it was complete. as the gentleman said he didnt see anything blocking I had expressed my fire alarm sounding when i had a fire weeks ago. He was not aware of my concern.
