"Dion was friendly and communicated with speed and efficiency. He truly did go over and beyond to get our carpets to the cleanest state possible. Even when I thought they were as clean as they could get, he went back over the shampooed carpets with a rake and removed a shocking amount of cat fur that was invisible to the naked eye. I am extremely impressed with his work, and we will definitely continue to hire him to clean our floors and upholstery in the future"

"Work was accomplished, however, the cleaners did their work, however, failed to tell me at the beginning before work started, how many "panes" they would be cleaning. What happen, is that all windows were cleaned, but it was for more panes than what the agreement called for, which is a total of 15 panes. I counted by windows, and the panes were approximately 14. I paid for a higher number than this. My sliding window doors, going out the patio, are larger than a "standard" pane, which I do not know what are the dimensions for a standard pane, however, I know that they would possibly count for a larger number of panes. My final price also included cleaning the screens, which I agree with, but the number of "panes", that I am not happy about. I did go ahead and pay, but in the future, I will be asking probing questions, that I would expect the vendor to provide, prior to commencing to start on the work."

"This carpet cleaning was a good experience. It was nice that owner called when he was on his way. The carpets were cleaned nicely and owner's work was neat and careful. He assured me that I could call within a 30 day period if any problems arise or need to be corrected. It took longer than I expected for the carpet to be dry enough to move furniture back in, but it was not a problem I couldn't work with. I like working with small businesses that are not regulated by a chain company. Carpeting looks great."
