"I have worked with many contractors over the years and H-Bros Excavating is by far the best experience I have ever had. They showed up when they said they would to provide an estimate. They started the job at the time they said they would. They kept me informed of the progress, what was going to be needed, each next step, and met the completion time they projected. When they were almost done, I found that I had not communicated exactly what I needed and it wasn't done quite the way I had intended. After I was clear on what it was I wanted, without a blink, sour word, or any frustration, they simply went to work to give me what I wanted. "The technicians, Al and Pablo were excellent. We had a strong rotting smell in a small bathroom, suggesting a sewer backup problem. They came promptly and examined the situation, including crawling under the house to inspect the everything. They found that our problem was not a sewer. Then they searched in the bathroom itself, and determined that it was an animal nest right under the sink vanity. They were quick, pleasant, and efficient. Because the visit was so fast and not a plumbing problem, they volunteered not to charge anything. If we have other problems potentially serviced by Temperature Control, we will surely call you next time."
