  I am so glad I selected Professional Home Services. Mike and his crew conduct themselves in a professional manner from beginning to the end. They really know their stuff when it comes to roofing and other home repairs. After replacing my roof almost a year later I had another issue, my gutter fell due to a snow storm.   We began soliciting bids for a screen porch to replace our existing deck during the summer of 2019. Juston from Classic Construction was one of several people we met with to get proposals. He did not rush through our initial meeting (as others did), taking his time to explain various options and making recommendations based on his experience. We initially thought we could use our existing deck framing as a base for the screen porch; other companies went along with that scenario but Juston said there were too many unknowns with the condition of the structure. He preferred to bid the job including new framing, and his bid was competitive with others that planned to use the existing framing. He was very prompt in getting us the quote, which was more detailed than the majority of the bids we received. When we had questions regarding the quote he offered to come back for another in person meeting, bringing samples of all of the materials he proposed. We delayed our decision for several months, but ultimately our experience with Juston, coupled with the many positive reviews we read regarding Classic, led us to award them the job. Our job was assigned to Brent and his crew, who are extremely skilled and professional. We were impressed with their daily progress; they completed the job in ten work days. They arrived each morning around 8:00 AM, and worked diligently throughout the day. Brent was patient with my frequent questions, and he offered suggestions that improved the final product. The quality of the workmanship is impeccable, and the materials used (Wolf PVC decking, RDI Endurance Vinyl Railing, Screen Tight screen framing with Bettervue Screen, Provia Screen Door, Velux Skylights) are top notch. For anyone looking to build a screen porch, we whole-heartedly recommend Classic Construction. From the sales process, through construction to the finished product, we were pleased every step of the way

  I was tasked with helping my mother repair/replace the roof on the house she has lived in for years, so it was important to me that the work be done well and with integrity. When I asked friends and acquaintances who they would recommend, Nathan's Roofing was the only company whose name was repeated multiple times. So I scheduled an appt and appreciated that the estimator was on time and was there to evaluate our needs (not give a sales pitch). I asked for both a repair quote and a new roof quote and was not pressured to choose either. We hired Nathan's and the work has been the highest of quality. It is evident that Nathan is an involved business owner, and that he wants to do the best and be the best for his customers. The members of his crew are polite, respectful, efficient (and leave the worksite clean), and his office staff are wonderful--very pleasant and responsive. In my opinion, you have chosen the best in RVA, if you choose this company

  Ryan and his workers did a thorough evaluation of my chimney complete with pictures and recommendations including options for adding gas fireplace logs or a direct vent gas fireplace log system. I elected to have repairs done to the chimney which included repairing cracked mortar and replacing the roof flashing and installing a stainless steel chimney cap. They performed the work as expected efficiently and courteously and even helped me replace a burned out yard flood light which I couldn't reach. Will definitely have them come back when I'm ready to install the direct vent fireplace system

  This was a large deck renovation, which was like a second story deck renovation due to the grade of our property and the number of stairs involved. We selected Trex Rocky Harbor composite deck boards and Trex charcoal railings. The All-N-1 Team performed premium work, and the deck is beautiful. Every time we go out on the deck, we keep commenting to ourselves, "We love this deck" and "We are so glad we did this." Previously, the deck just stressed us out because we were so worried about some of the old wood deck boards. It is so nice to feel like we can really enjoy the deck now. Working with the All-N-1 Team punctuated this experience with an exclamation point. They worked their tails off, were professional and friendly, used craftsmanship, and the finished product is wonderful. They were efficient, but they did not rush the work, and the result is demonstrative of their methodical/thoughtful approach. We'll call them first for any future needs. Thank you All-N-1 Team!
