Quick to respond and scheduled appointment for the same week, due to my availability, Jake was willing to come same day. Inspection was thorough and will definitely be using Jake and Alpha Chimney again.

They responded quickly to my request for service. They were polite and thorough when they inspected my chimney and let me know that everything looked good. They didn’t try to sell me on unneeded services. I would call them again.

I found these guys using Angi and requested a quote on a Sunday afternoon fully expecting to hear from them the next business day. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my request and had the work scheduled for the next day by the end of our conversation! They are super responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced. The tech that came out to complete the work was friendly and had my dryer vent cleaned out much faster than I anticipated. I will be calling them again at the end of summer to check out my fireplace as well. I have already recommended them to my neighbor and highly sing their praises!!

We will have hm back again next year. Alpha Chimney did a great job cleaning our dryer vent.
