They were prompt and did a great job cleaning the wood stove insert as well the chimney. Had drop cloths which kept my rug clean.

They performed all the work on a very professional manner. The only thing I was expecting that I did not receive was a professional report. When I have had the chimney cleaned in the past they always have given me a standard form with a checklist of things that were performed along with before and after pictures. I guess this was just in case u ever had a fire in the Chimney you could show the Insurance company that you had a professional inspection. I did get a receipt.

They had a quick response time in contacting me and were able to send a qualified representative the very next day. Marvin was great! Very knowledgeable and capable. He completed the work the same day. The only downside was that they didn't take payment through Angi. However, I would recommend them.

Allstate contacted me two days before my initial appointment to let me know they would need to reschedule for to the severe weather forecast. They were able to reschedule me at a convenient time several days later. The technician arrived on time, evaluated the chimney and explained the reason I experienced rainwater running into my fireplace was due to deteriorated seal around chimney cap. He quoted a price for repair then quickly fixed the issue. After numerous days of intense rain, I have not had a problem since! Allstate's pricing was very reasonable and I am very happy with the work.
