"We got 3 quotes and American Windows had the most competitive quote; especially, replacing our 1940s front entry. When we ordered the windows/door back in May, Mike said that it would take 4-5 months for Pella to manufacture the windows. The windows were completed and shipped in 4 months. The installation team said it might take 1-2 days to install, but they were completed in single day. They were professional and friendly (they actually let our kids into the house while we were busy on zoom call). They carefully removed the old 1940s solid oak door and sidelights without damaging elliptical transom. The color/style matching to existing front entry was amazing. They cleaned up inside and outside the house and made sure all the windows were sealed properly. They discovered that 4 of the screens were damaged, so they told us that they would replace the screens at no-cost. I would recommend this company for anyone who is looking to replace their old windows with wooden (not vinyl) replacements.show more

"JDL Locksmiths and Doors performed exceptional and professional services. I researched prospective locksmiths and JDL received 5-star ratings from all their clients, not just a few, but multitudes. Mr. Joshua called and committed to come by the next day between 8-10 am and arrived at 8:30. He called in advance of his arrival. After assessing the services required, he indicated his assistant Darwin would arrive within 20 minutes to perform the job, and he did. Darwin performed a door alignment and did some troubleshooting and adjustments to the door lock. I could not be more pleased. The pricing was reasonable and fair. "The work was excellent. Jaye is very professional and fair in his estimations. He has access to products that you won't find in the big box stores like the Decorative PVC exterior Columns he used to replace our rotting exterior overhang supports. His estimates are clear and you can easily understand the cost of labor and materials. His craftsmanship is top notch as was evidenced on the work he performed fixing our master shower which had been leaking for years because the initial installation was haphazard by using a shower door that leaked, and tile that allowed a grout line down the middle of the threshold. He was able to fix the tile around the shower threshold and recommended that we get a semiframeless shower door with adjustable mounts to accommodate houses which have less than plumb angles. He told me the brand of shower door we should look for and once installed the work commenced promptly and finished on time and within budget. Overall, I highly recommend Willow Tree Construction, LLC. for any home remodeling projects you may have. You will not be disappointed.show more
