He's really good. He's also an artist. He does murals for walls. He does really good work. He's done some painting, and hung up some shelves. He's very helpful, trustworthy, and a very sweet man.

Marcus repaired a gutter that had pulled away from the house. Fixed garage door frame. Repaired cellar door and threshold and window sashes. All done well.

Marcus is great. He did such a nice job with my door. He also has a website. He does general carpentry. When he did my door he even came late to do it for me. He called at 6:00 at night and he finished it so that we would not have a busted door. Unfortunately, I do not recall what he charged me.

Marcus was untimely and the work was unprofessional to say the least. When I initially spoke with Marcus to come and give me an estimate he never discussed an estimate fee. After giving the estimate he told me he now charges an estimate fee because of the price of gas (the description of his services specifically stated no estimate fees). When Marcus did come to fix the repairs (about four weeks later) he rushed through the work and said he will come back to finish the repairs. I told him the painting was unsatisfactory (you could still see the water stains); and parts of the shower was not caulked. He said he would come back to finish all the repairs and fix what he attempted to fix the next week. I have yet to hear from Marcus. Now I have to hire another handyman to come in and fix his mess. Do not use the Fab Faux AKA Marcus Reddit. I was incensed because I paid him expecting him to come back and finish the work. This guy is not a handyman but a con man.

"I'M VERY CONFUSED BY THIS NEGATIVE REPORT. THIS MEMBER NEVER UTTERED A SINGLE WORD OF COMPLAINT, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL. A DEADLINE WAS NEVER MENTIONED. THIS WAS A NASTY SURPRISE. WORK ON HER HOME WAS SUSPENDED AS I UNEXPECTEDLY HAD TO TRAVEL TO NY. I EXPLAINED THAT MY 88 YR. YOUNG AUNT WAS ALONE & NOT ABLE TO CARE FOR HERSELF. IT TOOK 3 TRIPS IN A RENTED TRUCK & OVER SIX WEEKS BEFORE WE GOT HER MOVED NEAR TO US, SO WE CAN CARE FOR HER. I WAS WORKING FOR 3 OTHER CLIENTS AT THAT TIME WHO UNDERSTOOD THAT, ALTHOUGH MY SCHEDULE MAY SUFFER, FAMILY COMES FIRST! I REALLY CAN'T UNDERSTAND HER UNPROFESSIONALISM CLAIM. SHE WAS NEVER HOME FOR ANY OF THE REPAIRS I DID. I FINALLY MET HER FACE TO FACE FOR THE 1ST TIME 20 MIN. BEFORE I LEFT HER HOME WHEN SHE PAID ME, VERY PLEASED WITH MY WORK. TIL THEN WE'D ONLY TALKED ON THE PHONE. HER TEEN SON GAVE ME A WORK LIST. ESTIMATES ARE $25, AS IS STATED IN MY ANGIE'S LIST PAGE, BUT ALL $25 GOES TOWARD THE JOB (IF I GET IT) MAKING IT A FREE ESTIMATE. WHY SHE COMPLAINS CONFUSES & UPSETS ME SINCE SHE WAS NOT CHARGED A PENNY FOR HER ESTIMATE (AGAIN, SHE WASN'T HOME). FINALLY, I BELIEVE MEMBERS WHO LEAVE A CONTRACTOR WITH A SMILE & A HANDSHAKE, THEN VOICE THEIR 1ST COMPLAINTS IN A PUBLIC FORUM LIKE ANGIE'S LIST, STOOPING TO HALF-TRUTHS, OUTRIGHT LIES & NAME CALLING DO A SERIOUS INJUSTICE TO HONEST, HARDWORKING CONTRACTORS & A GROSS DISSERVICE TO ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS WHO MUST RELY ON THE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY OF THESE REPORTS."

Our experience with Mr. Riddick was truly surreal. Of the list above we were only able to get the following tasks successfully completed (this is over a two month period): repair of water damage on pillars in front exterior of our home and outside the French doors off of our living room; patching of cracks in several walls; power washing of the backyard fence. Unfortunately Mr. Riddick was never able to show up to our house before 3 p.m in the afternoon and his visits were sporadic at best. At times he forgot the original work list we provided so he would arrive without the needed materials to get the job done. Beyond the aforementioned, there were many periods where he would either not call or simply disappear, suddenly re-appearing with many polite apologies.

Marcus is always on time and returns phone calls promptly. He is a very nice guy, i was a little nervous of having someone i did not know working in my studio apt. but everything was great and i was very comfortable with him there. He did a great job and i would use him again. He is really proficient at what he does.

Mr. Reditt responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He came over a few days later and told me he charges $25 for an estimate. However, the fee is waived if you actually use his service. As his fee was very reasonable, and since he was an ''A'' rating on Angie's list, I told him I'd like him to proceed with the work. He arranged with me on the days he would do the work and came as planned. He performed the work in a timely fashion and did a fine job. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Redditt is an extremely polite gentleman who performed a miracle on our garage. I think the job turned out to be larger than initially anticipated because there was great deal of work to repair the drywall. Although, I believe the job turned out to be larger than anticipated, there was only minor adjustments to the price, which I felt was very fair. The job took longer than we thought it would but, in this case, it worked out well, as we were flexible with this particular job.

He gave me a very specific estimate. He is very good about showing up when he says he will. He was very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with his service.
