They were responsive. The owner came out on a Sunday morning and performed the spring replacement. Our car was trapped in the garage, so his willingness to come was greatly appreciated. He was quick and courteous. I would use his company if there is a repair need in the future.

Mr. Doors was great, sent someone out right away, was very knowledgeable, also installed new rubber rollers and made sure everything was running smoothly, answered all my questions and was very reasonable.

Carlos was awesome! He showed up when he said he would. He explained what he was doing when providing maintenance to my garage door. And he also provided what future update/repairs i'll need to make to the door. Pricing was fair and i'll definitely recommend Carlos and Mr. Doors to friends and neighbors!!

I AM THRILLED! I'm not kidding, it's not like me to gush about contractors, but Michael and Daniel (yes, the names of angels!) were darling. They showed up on time, got everything done in 55 minutes, did a super professional job of wiring and installation, took away all the old unit trash- and explained everything to me along the way. And the price was great! I only wish these guys did granite and tile. They were wonderful.

One of my garage door’s tension springs broke. Searching Angie’s List for a repair I found highly rated Mr. Doors. From the posted comments I sensed that this was a firm that emphasized “repair”, in contrast to other firms who seemed to emphasize door replacement rather than repairs. While I would have considered a new door, if absolutely needed, it would have taken many days or perhaps weeks to order and install a new door; and I needed a working garage door immediately. Picking Mr. Doors was a good decision on my part; one of the best I have made recently. I can be a tough critic but the service I received from Mr. Doors I would rate as Outstanding! at a very modest price. About 4PM I called the firm, told the person what the problem was and asked him what it might cost. Carlos, who took the call, told me he would be at my house in about an hour, and it would cost about $275 which I considered a very modest price. He showed up on time and working under difficult conditions (my garage was a crowded mess) quickly went about replacing the springs and adjusting the tensions. I have always enjoyed watching professionals work when they really know and understand what they are doing; and it was a real pleasure watching Carlos. Besides his technical proficiencies he was also one of the friendliest most pleasant persons I have encountered in a long time. I unequivocally recommend Mr. Doors. Before I sell my house in a few years it will likely need a new garage door (current one is wood and 38 years old). Mr. Doors will get my business.

Excellent. I made the appointment one day ahead, he showed up on a Saturday, 5 minutes early, was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and very reliable. I'd use him again in a heartbeat and when my garage door system wears out, I will use him again--no question. Btw, I never seem to take the time to review service providers as I should, but I made a point to review this one...he was that good.

Upon purchasing the deal at 10AM Saturday morning, 8 April, I received a call from the owner, Carlos, who told me that he had a repairmen, Hernan, in my area and he could be at my home at 1PM-2PM. Hernan, arrived at 1PM on the dot and did a superb job in preparing the broken tension spring and replacing at 10 roller wheels! He was very personable and answered all of my inquisitive questions very pleasantly and professionally! I most highly recommend the services of Mr. Doors Inc. for any of your garage door repair needs!!! The value of the deal I received $450 with a 1 year warranty! The deal offer I purchased was only $225.00

Carlos and his team were awesome. Several other companies told me they didn't service metal roll-ups and I was starting to panic, but Carlos showed up that afternoon and straightened the door and enabled manual operation. His team returned two days later to fix the physical door (required some welding as well as straightening the metal itself), the motor, and perform maintenance on the whole system (not sure when this was last done, but it was before we bought the house a year ago). They were prompt, fair, and very easy to deal with. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Very good customer service. Carlos said that they would respond to my house within the hour and they did just that. Quickly replaced the broken tension bar and replaced my outdated garage door opener with an updated version. No sales pressure to do any unnecessary work . I was very pleased with the associate, Amarr .

It went perfect.  They were very professional and reasonable.

Carlos was quick to respond to my request for an estimate by coming over to my house within 3 hrs of my phone call. I am in the process of selling my home and he gave a great quote on replacing my single car garage door for a 3 level townhome. Very honest and knew what I wanted without offering extra services. After getting a few more quotes from other reputable companies I couldnt pass up his quote. I  contact him a few days later and scheduled to have my garage door installed the very next week. 
I was not home during the initial installation (left original garage door unlocked for him to access garage and work with my consent) but I came home in time to see him finishing up. I was extremely satisfied with the final product and cleaned up well after himself.

I was scheduled for Friday, March 6th 7am - 9am window however due to snow they rescheduled (after I had to call Home Depot 3 times but that's another story).  They told me that they'd be there between 11am - 3pm on a Saturday.  I provided them my phone number and asked to be called before they come as I had things to do away from home.
Happened to be 30 miles away when they called at 10am to say they were at the house, luckily I'd prepared for this and left the garage door unlocked (though door to home locked).  Explained we were away, he was early and if he could start work and we'd finish our errand and return.  He called while we were in route (an hour later) and I asked if he could wait 10 minutes as we were almost home.  He did and had done everything wonderfully - even lubricated the noisy door.  Programed all the remotes and even the second door opener (2 doors, 2 openers).  He was professional and didn't interfere with my Saturday.  If I have any problems, I wont hesitate to contact them for any future issues with my garage doors!

We purchased the Chamberlain Whisper Drive garage door opener at Home Depot and Mr. Doors, Inc. was recommended.  While the company was prompt, responsive, and nice, their installation was poorly done.  Not long after it was installed, the door was no longer quiet (the Whisper Drive).  We called Mr. Doors Inc. to inquire, and was told that we would be charged for another site visit.  Both our next door neighbors have the exact same garage door opener and do not have the problems that we have with noise.

I called the company and the answered right away. I explained the problem and that I had used their company in the past with good results.  They sent out a technician in a couple of hours!!  I was very pleased!! He explained the whole process, including how the different springs are marked, to prove to my husband that it was the other spring that broke, not the one they replaced a couple of months ago.
