They were prompt and professional from the time I called for an estimate through the job completion. The bill came in higher than the estimate, but I did not call to question because based on past experiences with other companies the work was worth the charge. However, when I use them again (which I will) I will confirm the estimate before work starts

Integrity Is very friendly and professional. They all wear the same shirts and hats. They give a free estimate. Then they have a formal contract for even my small job. They did the job quickly and were very clean. They asked what my dream was. I dont know if thats normal but I liked it. They worked with my schedule and I never saw them work. I love these boys

Owner came out the next day after first phone call for estimate. Work was delayed for a day due to weather but owner contacted me to let me know. Workers were professional and when they had a question asked before finishing the work. Foreman contacted me to inspect the work before leaving and they cleaned up the area

The crew came about 2 PM, removed the concrete, installed the post, poured new concrete, re-assembled everything, and installed some new fence hardware around the property. Timely and well done. Would not hesitate to call them again.

Furnished estimate - arrived a little early but called to ask if it was acceptable. Provided highly competitive (and accurate) estimate when others would not even entertain one since job was "too small". Borderline Fencing fit us in early (7-10 days) instead of having us wait 4-6 weeks. Other two companies I called would also have taken 4-6 weeks or longer if the job were bigger and worth their while. Workers were friendly and efficient and cleaned up afterwards, even removing an old gate they took down (which was not part of the estimate). Quality fencing looks great and completes the yard while providing privacy and security - and a wind block. It was well worth the money

They removed the old fence and decking in two days as the other half of the creaw started installing the fence. It took 3 days to do the job overall and it was done very professional and as estimated.

The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. All of the guys on the crew were courteous and hard working. The entire fence was built in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and were very quick to ask us questions about how we wanted something done. All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely use them again

I read the other reviews and I am not sure what happened in their case but our experience was excellent. They have done 4 different jobs for my wife and I and we are thrilled. Our neighbor that had Integrity stamp and stain their porch referred us to them. I saw their porch on the web site. Any ways, we met with Chuck and Luke to show them all of our projects. They asked a lot of questions and measured every thing. They got back to us quickly and went through a very professional proposal. They even gave me my own folder to keep our papers in. They have been very good about returning our calls, even on some weekends if they were working. Luke seems to be the one answering most of the time but Chuck seems to catch the brunt when Luke is out. I would recommend them to any one looking for a fair deal done right. An exceptional company aptly named

Fencing FAQ

  1. How much does it cost to install a fence?

Answer: The average cost to install a fence is $2,600. A variety of factors will impact the overall cost of fencing installation, such as the length of the fence, the materials you choose, and local labor costs. Fencing projects using the lowest cost materials and with lower labor costs can cost as little as $1 to $6 per linear foot, while projects using the highest cost materials and with higher labor costs may be as high as $15 to $45.

  2. Do I need a permit to build a fence around a yard?

Answer: Whether you’ll need a permit to build a fence around your yard will depend on your city or county's local codes. Many metropolitan and suburban areas require a permit to install most fencing, but they may not for fences situated behind a house as opposed to in front of it or fences that don’t run within a certain distance of the road. To find out if you’ll need a permit to fence your yard, reach out directly to your local government office.

  3. What is the cheapest fence to install?

Answer: The cheapest fencing to install is chain-link fencing. Chain-link fencing is typically cheaper than other fence types because the materials cost less, and installation is generally quicker and easier than other options. Chain-link fencing is affordable, easy to install, and low maintenance. However, it’s usually considered less secure than other options and doesn’t increase resale value as much as fences made of different materials.

  4. Is a wood or vinyl fence cheaper?

Answer: Wood fences are generally cheaper than the cost of vinyl fences. While the cost of materials for wood and vinyl fences is usually very similar, the labor cost associated with installing a vinyl fence is higher. Wood fencing is also easier to install than vinyl fencing, making it possible to save money by making wood fence installation a DIY project. It’s also possible to DIY install a vinyl fence.

  5. What is the life expectancy of a vinyl fence?

Answer: Vinyl fencing can be expected to last between 10 and 30 years. Vinyl fencing is generally low maintenance, but proper care will ensure it lasts as long as possible. Its long life span and high return on investment make vinyl fencing a popular option for many homeowners.

  6. What type of fence adds to the property value?

Answer: Installing quality fencing, no matter the fence type, will generally add value to your property. In general, fences made of longer-lasting, lower-maintenance, and more attractive materials—like wrought-iron, composite, or vinyl—add more value to a property than fences made of lower-cost or less attractive materials, like chain-link. To ensure your fencing adds as much value to your home as possible, be sure it’s properly permitted, approved by your homeowners association (if you have one), and installed properly.
