The project was executed in a hurried and hasty manner. The rails were misaligned and improperly oriented. Numerous exposed nails were present throughout the structure. The planks lacked uniformity, and the posts weren?t straight or level. Several planks were loose and not entirely affixed at their bases. The gate was left incomplete. When he was approached to address these concerns, he exhibited a contentious attitude and provided subpar customer service. He expressed a willingness to remedy the situation only if an additional fee for his labor was applied. He attributed his haste to insufficient time allocated for the specific job, yet he retained the full price for his inadequate workmanship. I would not recommend his services for any future projects.

Kasey did such a great job overall! I was super impressed and appreciative of his punctuality and communication for this project. He finished our small fence installation project in a timely fashion and offered a much more reasonable price than other landscaping contractors. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend contracting with RK Riddle Wood & Dirt Works!

Kasey is amazing, very professional. Did some agricultural fencing for me as well years ago that has held up for the better part of a decade.

I had several fencing project to be completed. They were completed in a timely fashion. The work was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable. I look forward to him completing another larger project later this year.
