I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Very well. The process was smooth, 50% down for the cost. A bit of a wide gap between order and performance of work, but that is a sign of a busy and healthy company. In the house, while wrangling my Cats, they worked with me to distance in one room until the first area was cleared, knock, vacate, and allow me to move to the completed area before resuming work. Wore a mask, wore house shoes, described the process and when it would be most stressful for the cats, was very respectful in completing work, held great conversation, and did a wonderful job as proven by before and after photos. Would certainly recommend."

"Great !! One service tech gave me phone assistance on Memorial Day. Then a second tech came out the next day to fully diagnose the problems and started the A/C again, in a temporary mode. He and the salesman (on the phone) then gave us a quote for all of the work and equipment. Later that week two more techs came and installed a new Carrier 2.5 Ton system. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. The total cost of the diagnostic work, the new system and the installation was very competitive. We were very pleased with RA Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. They are a quality company."

"We've used RG multiple times and have had nothing but the best service possible. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the pricing is all exceptional. Most visits have been diagnosed and repaired in under 30 minutes. Our most recent event was when our A/C went out (19-yo house) on a Sunday morning. I scheduled service online and received a text within minutes that they had emergency openings if needed. I texted back that we could wait until Monday morning, and they were here at 8 am. As soon as the tech opened the A/C panel, he knew it was the capacitor. Replaced in about 5 minutes, and he stayed about another 15 minutes to make sure things were cooling. The job was completed, paid for, and he was gone by 8:30."
