Awesome work. Great communications. They did some extra work for me including a ceiling fan, bathroom fan and bathroom lighting painting the bathroom and still came in very reasonably priced. I would definitely have them back

Mike and his team were great to work with! Mike and his designer worked well together to make sure everything went together well and would still go well with existing tile and vanity. The install crew was friendly and courteous, always willing to ask questions and adjust things to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. They cleaned up every day and made sure things were tidy when they left.

This is the first time we’ve used the Webster company, and it won’t be the last if we other remodels. Although a knock-on-wood “find” on Angie’s List, we couldn’t have been more pleased with every aspect of the job. The owner, Mike, clearly cared about our satisfaction because he started by meeting us at the supplier to guide us through the selection of all materials, colors and fixtures. The demolition started right on time and final touches ended a little quicker than he predicted. His crew, come of whom he said have been with him for decades, were clearly professional, friendly and enormously talented and efficient. Despite hauling things in and out over a period of days, they were meticulous in cleaning up every day and leaving our bathroom as usable as possible. Mike kept us informed at every stage of the project, and was faithfully responsive if we contacted him, but the truth is that we rarely felt the need – he is a good manager and anticipated our every need. It’s nice to enjoy a beautifully tiled shower that has more class and features than we imagined at first, but it’s especially nice to realize a nice upgrade with a contractor who is as nice a guy as you’ll ever meet.

Best contractor we have ever worked with. From initial visit, through design and construction Mike and Jeff , the project manager pay attention to the details, they hear your ideas (and improve upon them). Responsive, punctual, precise. Quality work from subs who exhibit same qualities. We are so pleased. Note this bath was remodeled w mobility issues in mind. Designed for safety and aesthetically pleasing as well.

We were very happy with the bathroom remodeling project that Webster Bath did for us. Mike was friendly, professional and easy to work with. The estimate we received was similar in price or slightly less than other estimates we received for this project, and the contract was very detailed so we knew what to expect. We have a home built in the 1930s and wanted a more traditional bathroom to match the period in which our house was built. Mike understood the look we were going for, listened to what we wanted and made it happen! He was easy to contact and responded quickly when we needed to communicate. The project came in on budget and in the time frame that was discussed. We appreciate the work that Mike, Annie, Dave and the rest of the team did to deliver a beautiful bathroom!

Mike walks you through the entire design process, material selection, various costs, and potential scheduling. Mike provided an initial estimate with options, and walked us through the selection of tile, flooring, and fixtures. We made all decisions in about a single three hour period. Based upon our choices, Mike provided a final estimate and potential starting dates. All this was done at no expense to us until the contract was signed. Mike and his sub-contractors started and finished within the estimated times. Remarkable workmanship and attention to detail by all.

This was a very good remodeling experience.  Mike was very responsive to our needs, walked us through the design process, and gave us a couple tips on where we could save cost.  When doing the work, Webster's worked fast, cleaned up daily, and did most of the job while we were out of town (a big plus, since this was our only bathroom).  There was a small area of bubbling paint on the ceiling that was missed during the initial job, and Mike came back to fix it as soon as we brought it up to him.  These guys were great to work with.

Mike and his team did a total master bathroom renovation in our 100+ year old home.  He walked me through the entire process and was so thorough in helping me decide on the floor plan, the materials and the timeline.  He NEVER rushed me through any of the process and offered his expert advise in areas where I was unsure of what I wanted.  Anytime I needed to get in contact with him he also responded almost immediately.  Mike was great to work with and I knew I was in good hands from day one.  Jeff was the project manager and arrived to our home always on time and in great spirits.  His work was beautiful and he always kept everything incredibly neat and tidy.  Sometimes I even forgot he was in the house!  His craftsmanship and quality of work was exceptional as was the work done by the plumber and electrician they brought in.  I would not hesitate to call Mike and his team in should we need more work down on our second bathroom.  I am beyond thrilled with our new bathroom!!!

Communication has been timely, thorough and consistent since my first phone call to them. They showed up on their first day to start the job and they were on tme, thoughtful and very clear is what would happen that day and that week; Each day when I came home the house was immaculate. They laid cloths through the wholde first floor to protect floors and take care of our home. On the one day that there was dry wall dust, the owner contacted me before I got home to alert me and apologize. I was amazed. This is something I had lived with for months, every day, with the other people. 
In addition, they cleaned up the last people's mess and charged nothing extra. When they opened my garage to do sawing outside, they saw everything the last company had left, telling me that they weren't my trash company!!! Webster saw that mess and they were appalled. They came with a truck during their second week working and cleaned it all out and hauled it away. I was not only thrilled, but very impressed. This is a company that cares a lot.
Add to that the expert workmanship...every detail is perfect, every step they communicate to make sure it is exactly what I want and make sure I know what options there are. I feel respected, cared about and incredibly lucky to have them in my home. Their work feels as though they care like it is their own home. I am thrilled. They are expensive, but I know why...they are worth it!

Webster Bath Remodeling did a fantastic job!  Everything went according to schedule, except for a few minor delays that were entirely caused by the customer adding more work or changing scope of existing work.  The new bathroom is absolutely wonderful and the tile is a work of art.   Not only did Webster Bath Remolding do a great job on the bathroom, but they were extremely helpful with other things around the house.  Our project started before we moved in and ended after we were living in the house, and we couldn't have been happier to have Mike and Jeff around every day.  They took it upon themselves to help us out with countless items that needed a bit of work (at no additional charge) as they noticed them.  Mike called every afternoon with an update on how things were going and what was planned to be done next.  His communication and professionalism are fantastic and he and Jeff are great to work with.  Overall, Webster Bath Remodeling is unequivocally the best contractor I have ever worked with.  I can't say enough good things about them.

This was the first experience I had with a contractor to do a major remodeling project.  I was not capable of doing a DIY.  I had an old bathroom which was not only outdated, but it had bad flooring around the toilet and drywall was exposed when a new heating/air conditioning system was installed.  Mike, owner of Webster Bathrooms, assessed my old bathroom, listened to my list of needs and wants, and guided me through the selection process of all the materials that would be used.  He helped save me extra dollars when I needed to cut back on my budget.  His team of workers - plumber, electricians, and carpenter - were all very professional and went out of their way to make the work site organized and clean, and they communicated often on the progress they were making.  In the end, I have a wonderful bathroom and a very good overall experience.

Mike and Jeff did an outstanding job. They were verey professional and highly skilled. When they said they were going to be there to work, they were right on time. Every surface was covered with tarps and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. Every job that was done was done extremely well and it has transformed the bathroom into something even better and more attractive than we had hoped. We had gotten one other bid which was only slightly higher. Our real deciding factor in going with Mike was his willingness to work with us in terms of what we wanted. He was able to find a way to make it all happen with minimum disruption. The other bidder was less certain that what we wanted to do could actually be done. Mike met with us to pick out the tile that we used, and his input was very helpful, resulting in tile that really looks great. The layout of the tiles is also done in such a way as to help make this small space seem bigger. Due to a manufacturing problem, the shower doors were delayed in shipment. Mike did not want to be paid the final amount for the service until the doors were installed. Once they arrived, Jeff noticed a couple of small cracks in one of the doors received in shipment. A new door was ordered which is expected to take as long as 10 days to two weeks to arrive. Again, Mike did not want to be paid until the door was here and we completely satisfied. I know there are some people who have had nightmare experiences with remodeling, but I feel confident in saying that if you use Mike Webster, you will have a pleasant experience and more importantly, will be very satisfied with the result.

Mike and his guys did an excellent job on our bathroom remodeling project.   Mike provided excellent guidance and suggestions, and was in regular contact with us throughout the process. His guys were on time, informative, very clean, courteous, and did excellent work. This project was quite extensive and not cheap, but Mike guaranteed his price and the project was done on time - outstanding work, and just an overall positive experience. We would not hesitate to call them again for a bathroom project.

They showed up on time, they stayed on schedule, and they cleaned up after themselves.  They also stayed within budget.  We can't ask for more.  WE have had nightmares in the past with other house projects, so I can't say enough about their professionalism.

Mike is great to work with. His price was guaranteed and was lower than Chad's Carpentry (which was not guaranteed). He helped us with all of the selections: flooring, cabinets, countertops, plumbing and light fixtures, toilets, tile, paint colors, etc. and of course with the overall bathroom design. Called every day with project updates once they started the work. The workers were reliable and didn't leave a mess.  Made sure we always had a working toilet and shower in the house. Took about as long as he said it would.

In the end, I am delighted with how the bathrooms turned out and with Mike's and his crew's work. He told me to call if anything wasn't right, even the smallest thing. Had some trouble with one of the bath fans making weird noises. Took his electrician two or three different tries before they just took it out and put in another brand new fan. But they took care of it and responded promptly. It's been over 6 months now and the workmanship is great - no troubles after that exhaust fan was replaced.

I would definitely call Mike for this kind of work again, and I highly recommend him.

This guy knows everything about bathrooms. He knows about the best fixtures and faucets to use. He helped me make very sound decisions. They are decisions that impact long-term how I liked the finished project. We adore our finished project. I think he did a fabulous job in walking us through the bid process. We felt his bid process was very fair. He showed us things that were of very good value even though they were not the most expensive. His tile guy is like the Michelangelo of tile, his quality is 'A+'. They finished when they said they would be finished. His professionalism is top notch. I most definitely will use him again.

Mike Webster is the best. He helped us, every step of the way, to find ways of doing things cheaper and getting the best quality for the price. When it was finished I decided to wait awhile before I sent in the review here and I have appreciated the craftsmanship and the attention to detail more and more each passing week. Mike also has a great eye for design and was able to help us hone our mental picture into something that looks spectacular.

They did excellent work and were very courteous, punctual, and clean. We will absolutely use them for future work!

Great experience. The team was clean and very respectful.

They came in on budget, they were willing to do the work in a specific time frame that I needed, but some of the people who did the work are no longer with the company. Some of the recommendations the owner made to cover up mistakes were not the best. As the process went on it took a lot longer and I ended up fighting with the owner quite a bit. Rick was very knowledgeable about plumbing and fixtures, I wouldn't say he was the best in design recommendations. Clean up was excellent. The process went over a few months, it started out with 5 people. They gave a reasonable price.

Outstanding performance and excellent results. Webster provides a written estimate not only of cost but of time to complete the job, and he fulfills this commitment. Jobs are completed quickly (a week or so for each of our bathrooms). The care and quality of work are excellent; tile work is superb. Webster and his subcontractors are thoughtful, polite, and as unintrusive as possible, cleaning up daily and avoiding tracking dirt around.

Mike was very helpful in selecting tile and fixture beforehand and stayed in touch leading up to project start. He also kept us up to date daily during the project. Subcontractors were professional and did quality work. Did a great job protecting the tile floor and protecting the rest of our house during the project. An excellent overall experience.
