Dirty Ducts Cleaning & Environmental

Very well. The process was smooth, 50% down for the cost. A bit of a wide gap between order and performance of work, but that is a sign of a busy and healthy company. In the house, while wrangling my Cats, they worked with me to distance in one room until the first area was cleared, knock, vacate, and allow me to move to the completed area before resuming work. Wore a mask, wore house shoes, described the process and when it would be most stressful for the cats, was very respectful in completing work, held great conversation, and did a wonderful job as proven by before and after photos. Would certainly recommend.

Austin did a fantastic job of cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent at our home this morning. He arrived 10 minutes early and finished as estimated 4 hours later. He was so thorough and knowledgeable about his work, as the company we had several years ago did not perform the service in the way that Austin did. He was so professional, polite, and friendly. We will be using Dirty Ducts Cleaning again in the future and will be recommending the company to neighbors and friends!

The crew did a great job! They came right on time and removed all the material. I was amazed at how clean they got this hard to get at area. They also were the low cost bidder out of 3.

The telephone representative did very well to answer my numerous questions about the process and he was able to set a guaranteed price over the phone. The technician completing the work was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was a minor hiccup with the process but Dirty Ducts went out of their way to address the issue. Dirty Ducts customer service far surpassed anything I had experienced as a consumer. It is very clear that they stand behind their work and they care a great deal about quality. At every turn of this process- from initial contact to the completion of the work, I know that I was dealing with professionals. I highly recommend Dirty Ducts and I will be using them again.

I had my ducts cleaned. I was very happy with them. The company was so good form the person who answered the phone to set up the appointment to the person who came to do the work. They were very good.

Great! They were very thorough. They cleaned and encapsulated all the ducts. They also cleaned the Air Condition coil. I was really worried about them introducing fragrance into the system (I'm allergic to fragrance) but the air coming out of my vents is fresh now with no odor at all, just neutral. Love it!!

All went well. Shawn was on time and did a great job. Both Shawn and the person I scheduled the job with were courteous and wanted me to know exactly what they were going to do. They provided some before and after pictures as well.

Fantastic service from everyone we dealt with. Technicians were very thorough, and explained everything they were going to do. They were very personable and answered all questions. The office was great and accommodated our crazy schedule. And now our old house smells so much better - very pleased all around.

They were great. They were exceptionally professional compared to other people that I've had come out to the point that they have a branch in Chicago and I was ready to hire the people in Chicago to do my parents' house. They were amazing. I really like them. I think the price was really reasonable compared to what I paid the last time. I was pretty happy with the quality. I think they were pretty good with their responsiveness. The whole thing was good. There is an option of doing more which most companies are like that, they go ahead and do that. They told me that my ducts aren't that dirty and they didn't recommend that I do any more than what I just did because it wouldn't make any financial fun. If they were going to make a buck, it doesn't make sense that they tell somebody to skip that. That was the first time I used them.

The techs rushed and ended 1 hour early and missed 2 important vents.

The one-person crew arrived just before the scheduled start time.  He was professional and friendly for the duration of the work.  He explained the nature and scope of his work and how long he thought the work would take.  He was respectful of the home during the work as he had to remove a couple of doors and bring a large vacuum hose from his truck into the basement.  The work took just under 4 hours as he cleaned each vent starting on the second floor and moving to the basement.  He took before and after photographs of three locations to illustrate the success of the duct cleaning.  He printed those pictures when he was finished.  He had to cut holes in the existing duct work near the furnace to insert the vacuum hoses.  Upon completion, he professionally covered and sealed those holes.  When the work was done, he cleaned up the job site.  I would recommend the provider to friends and neighbors.
