"Cardinal really is first class. As a hospitality employee, this is the kind of service you strive towards. Front office - top shelf. The initial call to see if I'm interested in the tune-up was very professional- I had to sign up! The 30 minute out phone call / text was thorough and very well thought through. A picture of the tech coming in and a brief bio on what he's about made the conversation so much easier and natural. The tech they sent in it's called Javier. What a pleasurable young man. Very polite extremely professional and more important knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his patience and walking me through everything he was doing. at the end of it I felt like I had just received a lesson in HVAC but more important, that I had connected with an individual I hope I'll get the opportunity to do more business with. Stellar person an amazing personality / character. You guys hire(d) well. I learned too that you have programs based in preventative maintenance that would provide much-needed peace of mind to a non-techie person like myself. Javier was sure to walk me through every one of them and ask me to think on it and decide if it's something I may be interested in. I didn't have to think twice. I signed up on the spot. Great service from Javier! The after service call to close out was in line with everything I have seen previous with Cardinal. I was walked through the services I opted to get on the maintenance plan and asked if there was any further questions I may have. It is a really nice close out. Very friendly, understanding I may be fumbling my way through understanding how it may work under certain conditions yet also professional. I felt very well served and assured. This is the second time I have used Cardinal. There is always something to be said about consistency in great service and quality. Amazing work Cardinal.... Nicely done!"

"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "We found everything and everyone to be very efficient and pleasant. There was one glitch, however, when the electrician didn't turn on the fuprnace before he left Everyone was very apologetic and things were rectified very quickly. Also, there was a loud banging noise when the furnace turned off. This also was rectified very quickly. The serviceman was very apologetic"
