A picture of the tech coming in and a brief bio on what he's about made the conversation so much easier and natural. The tech they sent in it's called Javier. What a pleasurable young man. Very polite extremely professional and more important knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his patience and walking me through everything he was doing. at the end of it I felt like I had just received a lesson in HVAC but more important, that I had connected with an individual I hope I'll get the opportunity to do more business with. There was one glitch, however, when the electrician didn't turn on the fuprnace before he left Everyone was very apologetic and things were rectified very quickly. Also, there was a loud banging noise when the furnace turned off. This also was rectified very quickly. The serviceman was very apologetic"
