He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. "The technician was friendly. He showed pictures of my supposed vents after they were cleaned but not sure if they really were my vents or a vent that they show to everyone once they are done. The vents in the house were dented by the technician who was cleaning them with the air hose, it would have been nice if he took them off to clean them. The plastic covers put over the vents in the basement by the person cleaning the ducts were never taken off when finished. Our gate they took off to go down to our basement was replaced but does not close now, it will need to be fixed by someone(added to otherwise expensive cleaning expense)."
