"we hired traditional plumbing ( john) 4 times now, and one of the 4 times was recently, to do various projects for us. We had quite a list for him, and he did an excellent job. One of the projects was to get our main water shut off- to work. It was old, and corroded and frozen. He had to call our city water dept, and have them come out to go into our lawn, to find the main valve out there, to go down 6-7 feet, to shut it off. While the city was doing that, john went to a supply store to pick up the necessary parts he would need to fix it. John then made the necessary repairs, putting in new parts, and he did a great job. He also put in a new dual sump pump that we had purchased- ( he helped us to find a good one-) basement watch dog, and so, we asked him to put that in for us too. and he hooked up the battery for us, and showed us how it worked- plus he also made a new shelf for that battery to sit on, above the sump pump. We also had him install a new vanity top and faucet we had previously purchased, and then also we had him unhook an old water softener for us, and cap the pipes. We also wanted him to put on a new turn valve ( which got broken) on the pipe for our toilet. He really did such a good job, and we are happy that we found him through Home Advisors. He is a very nice man, and his pricing is fair too. We would recommend him very highly."

The project included installing a bigger shower, reframing a closet and adding doors, and replacing the vanity. The new shower is not only beautiful, but we love our raindrop showerhead! "Arrived on schedule. Went through the elimination process and determined problem was in the line to the pump or the pump itself (no water pressure). The service rep explained everything so that I understood fully what was going to happen. The pipe to the well motor was pulled up and a nickel sized hole was found in the pipe about 10 feet from the pump. The pipeline was galvanized metal and was very rusty. More holes were sure to develop; so, I had the whole line replaced. We also found the pump was 30 plus years old so, I had that replaced too. The service rep kept me informed through the entire installation process; as well as what to do after everything was completed. The pump had to be flushed with chlorine so, there is a short waiting process, tap flushing proceedure and water testing that he explained before leaving."

Premier Services contacted via phone then via text. Very, very easy to communicate with, and they kept in contact with me at least twice within the last year, but not in an annoying or pushy way. Their quote was at least $300 cheaper than the other competitors. Still with quality product, Rheem. They also offered a lot of varieties with different warranty options. Jim installed my new water heater, very nice man. Kept me in the loop of how things were going with taking out the old heater (I like to know these things). Was in and out in 2 hours.
