"Work was done satisfactorily until a piece of siding started to rot and the response was: it must be a pesticide? We don’t use exterminators! No further contact after numerous attempts to contact them. Customer service is none existent. You can’t tell me the siding just rots after two years."

Explained what they would be doing and did a nice job.The first part of the project involved trenching the basement floor along the three walls. This was the dusty and loudest part of the work since they use electric jack hammers. Make sure you cover everything. They did a great job cleaning up the area they worked in but you will still have dust. We had a minor problem and came to a mutual agreement for solution. Nice people to work with, great job!"

While both Matt George (Gerkin Sales Rep) and Joe Griger (Pres. Ultimate Home Concepts) have conducted site visits, neither have delivered on their professional reputation and they will not stand behind their product. They have left us with a defective door during the winter and we're out $1500 on a product neither one will stand behind. We selected Ultimate Home Concepts based on their website claim their work is fully guaranteed and their primary focus is delivering great client service. This turned out to not be true."
