We used them 18 years ago for the first fence and are so happy with their work again! They were professional and on time. They worked meticulously around all the cables and wires and dug everything by hand and had ZERO cable slicing. When our neighbor replaced their fence just days later, they came back out and closed the gaps left by the neighbor's fence (annoying), with no extra cost to us! I highly recommend Aztec Fence Inc!

They called with an ETA the day before. The crew arrived a little early and completed the work within a reasonable amount of time. They were polite and hardworking. I will use Aztec Fence in the future.

Ernie the representative for Aztec Fencing was super. He provided us with thee different price quotes for PVC, wood and chain link fences so we could do a complete evaluation of which fence would best suit our needs. Ernie showed a great deal of patience and responded promptly to our requests. Onsite Ernie answered all of questions regarding the fence installation process and addressed our main concern of ensuring our neighbors would also be happy. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The overall fence quality and workmanship is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the final project. The coordination from the project manager was just ok. I had to initiate most of the touches to keep current on status and logistics. I'm not sure the project would have gone as smooth if I hadn't stayed on top of it. The guys who installed were great and hardworking.

Mario and his helper were very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything that needed to be. Very pleased with the entire process. Sales guys were great also. Very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that may come up. I would recommend this company to anyone needing fence work done.

It got done but there seemed to be a lot of hand holding

They had come out for an estimate and didn't come back. They gave me an inaccurate estimate the first time they came out. When they came to do the work, they tried to charge me additional money to repair something that they had already included in the original estimate. They were a little bit unresponsive to some calls that I made in order to clarify the price. Because of this it delayed the work competition. The original fence was built by them and it continues to fall down, section by section every year.

When I called I immediately got a person who answered the phone and set up and estimate for the next day. They told me it would be about 2-3 weeks as they had a lot of work. I explained that my dog kept escaping under the broken part of the fence and if they had a cancellation-please let me know. Within a week my fence was fixed. I think the price was fair and they were very professional

Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. However, it did seem they were a bit disorganized and there is an issue with communication.  The estimator was prompted and sent us their proposal promptly, but when we need to make changes to satisfy the Village, they had a hard time finding the proposal or follow up.  We had to contact them a few times, but we did get the changes. Then there was no communication on a start date, even after sending in the deposit.  A couple more calls and we got a date, to which they showed up a day earlier.  The two guys that showed up however really did a nice job and worked their butts off.
I would recommend this company if you have patience and don't mind having to stay on top of them and keep up the calls.  The end result is worth it.

Very good experience at all stages.  Once we had a punch list of minor concerns following the initial installation, they came out and did the final repairs with no issues.

Original quote was for split rail and we upgraded to the aluminum.  Very happy with the final result and everyone who has seen the fence is very complimentary.

Aztec fence company was the lowest bidder for the fence at our recently purchased home. They were well below below the other two estimates we got from highly rated fence companies we also found on Angie's List. ($500)  I admit, I was a little worried but after reading reviews everywhere I could find them we decided to go with Aztec. I am so glad that we did. There was a three to four week wait for the actual project to start. During that time, I corresponded back and forth with Myriam in the office many times. I wanted to upgrade the fence post caps, which was no problem, and only added $150 to the total cost of the project. I also changed the height of the fence from three to four feet, with no problem at all. I had a couple of other questions which were responded to quickly and with accurate answers and very good professionalism. On the day of the actual install, the crew arrived early fully prepared and were impressively organized. While I walked the property discussing the specifics of the job with the foreman, the other members of the crew wasted no time and got right to work. I was consulted about every detail of the fence during every phase of the job. I very much felt like that their goal was to make sure they did a great job and made me very happy. I asked them to make sure the fence was as low to the ground as possible, no problem. When I told them our dogs were small and one was likely to and escape, they took extra care to be certain that the fence be secure and it would never happen. The finished product is beautiful and solid. Both of the gates are perfect too. I was also very impressed toward the end of the job when I looked out the window and saw the foreman carefully inspecting the work and especially the gates to ensure everything was just right. We would recommend Aztec without hesitation.

Aztec gave me a professional and competitive quote for partial back yard fence.  On 5/8 I gave my down payment and last week obtained my village permit.  The job was completed in one day!  The look and quality AMAZING!!!  Getting complements from our neighbors, priceless!

This was the final quote I got before making my decision and before the ink had dried on the proposal, I was off to get my permit and had chosen Aztec.  The quoted price was well within the range of the other two quotes and the time frame to get the work done was much quicker.  We had a few issues with JULE which threw off the schedule by a day, but they also accommodated a change I requested on the first day!  The picture in my mind didn't match the drawing on the sheet but Aztec had a crew return to the site that same day and change it (they had to re-dig post holes and add 10ft to the length of the fence).  Both Sam and Ricardo were accommodating and understanding.  I was worried about the inconvenience to them, but Sam assured me he wanted me to be happy with the end product and now was the time to change it.  The fence was up and completed in time for my family to enjoy the beautiful weather outside Saturday -- without having to leave the dog inside.  We couldn't be happier!
