Work was done satisfactorily until a piece of siding started to rot and the response was: it must be a pesticide? We don’t use exterminators! No further contact after numerous attempts to contact them. Customer service is none existent. You can’t tell me the siding just rots after two years.

Rebel was the ONLY company that returned my call, so I didn't have other options but they were excellent to deal with. They made a point of getting the repairs made before the next round of weather arrived. They were professional, timely, cleaned up the site when done, and charged a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Rebel Exteriors.

Lukas Rezabek was very prompt and professional.  When I called him to report that my roof was leaking he came over within a few hours and placed a tarp on my roof to avoid any further water damage.  I had damage from a raccoon or other animal tearing off roofing around my chimney that did extensive damage.  The insurance adjuster came out to my home to give an estimate of the damages and did not do a proper inspection by going into the attic so initially the insurance estimated repair costs were nearly $4000 less than the final one only because Lukas came back to my home and entered the attic and took pictures showing the extensive damage that the insurance adjuster had missed.  Instead of the insurance covering a small patch job, they covered a complete re-roof of the one side of the roof which was affected.
The work done by Lukas team was excellent.  All work completed and totally cleaned up within one day.  Outstanding job!

Among them:flexible- Lukas did the work at times convenient for meknowledgeable- Lukas knows the products and processes permitting- Lukas handled dealing with the village, never an easy taskSub contracting was minimal, as was collateral damage to the property quality- Where there were questions of what approach to use, Lukas went with the better quality option and always had persuasive reasons for doing so.Cost was competitive, thousands less than a local big box contractor.
