We were very happy with our kitchen remodel! Kim, Greg, Jordan, Sam and the whole team were awesome to work with. Friendly, professional, timely, and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough. We definitely will be referring the team to everyone we know and plan on calling them back for our next big project.

From day one of meeting Greg and Kim we knew that they understood how we wanted to use the space and that they were intent on delivering the best design to make that happen. Remodels can be messy and they did a tremendous job of keeping rest of our home protected from debris and made sure that the project came in on schedule- they actually completed ahead of schedule. We are pleased with every aspect of the finished project from the largest details- such as outlay of the flow of the room- to the smallest details, such as drawer pulls and the specific smoked glass and LED lights in our island. We could not be any happier than we are with our finished kitchen. Highly recommend!

Our kitchen needed updating several years ago. We had been putting it off as we just didn’t want the hassle and inconvenience. Kim and Greg met us at our house and were able to set us at ease with the process and scheduling. They immediately saw how we could improve our smallish kitchen for better workflow plus just about doubling our existing storage and counter space. Kim is very enthusiastic and has great design ideas. Greg is great at taking the concepts and identifying potential technical issues in advance. Both have very good knowledge of the remodeling industry and provided countless valuable insights and ideas. The whole process was as described and we had no disappointment or surprises. We have no regrets in working with Ward Kitchen and Bath and recommend them to anyone interested in getting a great result and a personal touch.

Wow! Fantastic! They went beyond the call of duty. They helped me pick out fixtures and hardware at menards. They were there to answer all my questions! Kim is so informative. quality of materials are the best. Can’t recommend them enough. I loved them so much I am having my bathroom done also.

I can't recommend Ward Kitchen & Bath enough. At the initial meeting with Greg and Kim, I was instantly impressed with the level of excitement they had for my project. Their excitement continued throughout the entire project. Originally I had designed all elements of my bathroom/laundry room remodel. Kim's design sense and willingness to share helped me add design elements that took my project from functional to awesome. Kim took the time to understand me and what I wanted. Her advise was always inline with my vision. Greg offered advise that made my impossible design actually work. The project ran smoothly with no frustration on my part. There were absolutely no surprises or deviations to the contract and it wrapped up on schedule. One more thing, when you have people coming into your house to work on your project you have to be careful. Never once did I feel uncomfortable with them or any of their workers in my house while I was there or when they were there on their own. Talk to these guys, I'm sure you will agree that they're awesome from start to finish.

I would highly recommend working with the Wards on any project, big or small. Our kitchen remodel was a big undertaking but the process went smoothly and was not stressful. Kim works very closely with you and is extremely respsonsive any time you need to talk to her. She walks you through every part of the remodeling process and guarantees that you are satisfied with every part of the remodel. She is not happy if you are not happy with anything. Kim is also a very skilled design consultant especially for people who need a lot of guidance. Greg’s work is high quality and is done on time and with little mess. He has also helped with many other small handy things around the house. It seems like he is able to do pretty much anything. The Wards are wonderful to work with!

Very good service provided, with excellent communication. Easy to work with and personable. Contractor hired to handle plumbing stayed for the long haul to complete his part of the project. He is quoting two more small projects and one day we'll has him to quote a third larger project. We would certainly trust him with our home.

Greg Ward was easy to work with and knowledgeable about what he was doing. The project was completed in a timely fashion and everything went well. I got the impression that Greg was an honest hard-working guy that created a good product at a fair price.

They were fantastic. From the time we started until we finished, we always had someone to talk to. They walked us through every step of everything. If we changed our minds, nobody gave us any slack about it, it was just very smooth, the entire thing.
