My first pair of glasses that I got were not cut correctly however I thought it was maybe a fluke. I like to shop local and decided to try them again. I specifically said if these do not work I will need to return them because I can’t pay $500 again for glasses that don’t work for me. My new glasses do not work and they would not take back the glasses for a refund the only soliton they offered was recutting my new

"Eyewear is a custom made product that is not returnable. Everyone has an adjustment period with a new prescription that may last as long as the first month, although 2 weeks is more typical. In order for the brain to adapt to any prescription change, the patient is instructed to refrain from using other outdated prescription glasses during the first month of use. The only way to adapt to any new prescription is all day wear, every day. Your glasses that seem to not work for you are the correct prescription that has you seeing 20/20, although there has been a change from your current prescription."

Wonderful customer service! Everyone was friendly and professional from start to finish. I felt comfortable and well informed at all times. Overall, a lovely, local, family owned establishment. I definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone in the area!

This was my first eye exam with Dr. Savaglio and I was nervous, but he made me feel very comfortable. I like a doctor that can joke with you and make you feel right at home. He took time with me cause I'm older and need more time with my eye exam.

When I called to schedule the appointments, Kathy was very accommodating in scheduling multiple appointments at the same time. Received an appointment reminder, which is so helpful when there are three children with different interests and commitments each week. Eye exams were very thorough and we were well informed. Information was broken down and easily understood by my children. My son, 8 years old, thought it absurd that he had to see an eye doctor when he can see 'just fine'. He told me as we left the office that he was glad he went, the appointment was fun, Dr. Dave is very cool and that he is glad he has healthy eyes! Both of my daughters, ages 11 and 13, thought it was great how Dr. Dave took the time to explain which frames would most compliment their features and had oodles of fun modeling them for Kathy. My 13 year old is wearing soft contact lenses and she left with a thorough understanding of proper wear and care of the lenses. I of course received all the same benefits from thorough explanations to finding the cutest frames. But all of the niceties of this office wouldn't mean too much if you couldn't afford to go, right? We are a family of five so cost is very important. Three of us required contact lenses as well as new glasses and another just glasses. In the past, after receiving exams I found I had to take our prescriptions and purchase glasses at a large retail store in order to be able to afford them. So not the case with Savaglio Family Vision! We all found perfect frames and lenses at very reasonable prices. Trendy and affordable with excellent patient care!

Dr. Savaglio's receptionist, Kathy, was very warm, friendly, kept me informed regarding my insurance and called to remind me of the appointment. Kathy makes you feel like family.
Dr. Savaglio asked many pertinent questions, listened carefully to my responses and explained in detail but layman's terms what I was experiencing, why and the corrective actions that could be taken for better vision. He was very patient with my responses while working to achieve better vision for me.
I have been referred to a surgeon for minor surgery then will return to for final fitting and adjustments to the lenses.
Since I had already used my insurance coverage March this visit would be out-of-pocket; however, this turned into a medical visit, my charges were submitted to my insurance provider while at the office and accepted for payment. This was a total surprise and much appreciated that Dr Savaglio would go the extra mile on my behalf.
I was very impressed with both Kathy and Dr. Savaglio and would highly recommend them for vision issues.

From the original call to make my appointment, I knew I was going to enjoy my experience. David was extremely professional and I appreciated how he explained every aspect of my exam. He is very patient and makes sure that your are comfortable in your answers during the exam. Afterwards, he gave his honest opinion on the frames that I had selected. We discussed the options that were available for lenses. A week later... Voila! I had brand new glasses that I love! In an era, where businesses want to charge you for saying hello, I can not express how refreshing it was to go to a business where they are so genuine and kind! And my goodie bag was fantastic!
