"Eyewear is a custom made product that is not returnable. Everyone has an adjustment period with a new prescription that may last as long as the first month, although 2 weeks is more typical. In order for the brain to adapt to any prescription change, the patient is instructed to refrain from using other outdated prescription glasses during the first month of use. The only way to adapt to any new prescription is all day wear, every day. Your glasses that seem to not work for you are the correct prescription that has you seeing 20/20, although there has been a change from your current prescription."

Dr. Savaglio asked many pertinent questions, listened carefully to my responses and explained in detail but layman's terms what I was experiencing, why and the corrective actions that could be taken for better vision. He was very patient with my responses while working to achieve better vision for me.
I have been referred to a surgeon for minor surgery then will return to for final fitting and adjustments to the lenses.
Since I had already used my insurance coverage March this visit would be out-of-pocket; however, this turned into a medical visit, my charges were submitted to my insurance provider while at the office and accepted for payment. This was a total surprise and much appreciated that Dr Savaglio would go the extra mile on my behalf.
I was very impressed with both Kathy and Dr. Savaglio and would highly recommend them for vision issues.
