From the first call, through the estimate process and many steps of the project these folks have been very cooperative and helpful. When they came out to measure for the estimate, they were very knowlegeable and even alerted me to several things that might need future attention on the house, even though they were not things they would get the work for. They did a great job removing the old concrete and part of the garden and then installing the new part of the slab and apron, as well as raising the corner of the garage foundation. What was really impressive was how considerate they were about taking care of the stuff in the garage, and cleaning up after themselves. There was a little misunderstanding of what the extent of the work was, but they stuck with their original estimate and did everything that was expected, which I really respected and appreciated. They even did a small impromptu retaining wall for a 5 foot length of garden that had about 6 inches of dirt hanging over the apron to the alley and didn't charge me. They did a phenomenal job on the cement work, even texturing the inclined part of the cement so that I wouldn't slip in the winter. I would definitely use their services again.

They did a lovely job.  They were wonderful.  They came when they said they will come to do the quote.  They gave us the quote quickly and did the work when they said they will.  Keeping the job site clean is very important.  They cleaned up after work.  We were very happy with them.

The house was built in 1917 and they didn't put in proper drainage. Certain things weren't done that should have been done.
We had done some things when we bought the house but didn't want to tear off the porch.
They had to use equipment and work in a very small space, because they had to be careful not to damage my front window or the roof of the porch.

Theirs was the lowest bid but they were the most knowledgeable, took care of business and knew just what they were doing.

They did not leave a mess!
