"I've worked with a number of service firms/contractors over the years, and I have not worked with any firm that was as solid and reputable as Aspen Garage Door. Pat is phenomenal...honest, trustworthy, a man of his word, and focused on providing the highest level of service and quality that anyone could ever ask for. He had done a spring repair for me in June, and we talked about my need for a new garage door opener down the road. Pat did not try to hard sell me, and indicated I did not need one right away. Well now in October, I decided it was time to get a new one installed before winter set in, so I called Aspen and they were able to come in within 2 days, which was great timing, and provided me with a new WiFi capable opener. Pat answered all my questions, went over the instruction manual with me and insured I understood all the options the opener provided, along with how to use/access them. Pat did a great job, and I could not be any happier or pleased with the results. The opener is great, does everything I wanted it to do, and was very affordable.
