The door broke as we were closing it for the evening, so I called first thing the next morning. I talked about my safety concerns (AKA it falling on animals/small kids) and Ryan and Kyle showed up less than an hour later. They were not only professional, but helped address my concerns before fixing the door. They also took the time to tell me what I might do differently in the future to make sure all is safe without making me feel foolish. I am so impressed with R & R Doors and thank them so much for sending out the A team (Ryan and Kyle) to work on my door! I would highly recommend them.

I got an estimate that was a bit high, so I decided to call another place. R & R DOORS INC ended up giving me an extremely competitive estimate and I hired them to do the services.

Delay in getting fixed as wrong number of sections ordered. However, everything else went fine.

This was the company that Costco contracted with for selling their garage doors. The R & R technician who came out to look at the garage seemed great; clearly knew his stuff; and gave me a very reasonable ballpark estimate. He promised to e-mail the detailed estimate within a couple of weeks. I was eager to hire this company and move ahead, but then--nothing! I never received a written estimate. I called the company three or four times over the next three months, trying to get the estimate and schedule service. Each time, the office staff was very apologetic and promised to follow up with the technician. Never heard from them again. Very disappointing.

Called the R&R to get a garage door estimate, was advised that a repair might be cheaper. Had Bill at the house two mornings later with the understanding that if repair wasn't worth it an estimate could be given. Bill replaced all the rollers, tighten spring, and added two new struts so that the garage door actually now closes. The service was great, Bill worked efficiently while talking to me about my options. The garage door he was fixing was a bit of a rube goldberg project from the last owner so it is nice to have a solid repair that will last.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. They were easy to contact, and quickly scheduled a time to do an estimate. I felt no pressure to commit to a bigger project than was needed to replace my door. Everything was done on schedule with courteous professionalism. I highly recommend R&R Doors, and I will certainly be calling them again for future work

I am so glad I called R & R the sales person was great and Amy in the office was outstanding. We replaced a chain drive opener with a belt drive it is so quiet you don't even hear it open - my dogs are surprised when someone comes in from the garage. They did a great job, we got same day service, they took the old stuff away and everything was neat and clean. Would I recommend? Heck yeah! They're great!

The door broke Tuesday night and I called the next morning. Since it was autumn and therefore their busy season they weren't able to send someone that day but they came the following day. The garage door chain on one side snapped and the door closed askew and not completely. They also found some other problems as well and fixed all of them including broken gears in the opener itself. They were completely thorough and fast. The garage door works perfectly now. I plan on calling them to check the garage door on a regular basis.

Rand R Doors did an excellent job installing a new garage door at our residence. For starters, they had a can-do attitude for doing the job in the first place: We have an 80-yr old house, and the first company we had out to look at it didn't want to do the job because the ceiling is low and they weren't sure how to install the hardware. They recommended Rand R Doors! Rand R walked us through the different options, gave us catalogs for the different brands, and their website has a nice gallery of installation examples and links to the brand websites (the Clopay site is very detailed and informative). They were responsive in getting us quotes and scheduling the work. The price was higher than we expected, but after shopping around, it was clearly fair. Garage doors are expensive! They did the installation yesterday, and they did an extremely professional job. The hardware and motor installations are very clean and it all seems very strudy. They had to install a header to fit everything into the low roof, and they did a good job with the carpentry. They were there almost all day, so they obviously took the time to get it right. The new door works great (and quiet), looks great, and is a huge improvement over the old one-piece, uninsulated door with no safety mechanism. The Clopay and quot;Ultra-grainand quot; finish is pretty convincing; it looks good from the street, and you have to get close up to see that it's fake wood grain. Couldn't afford to splurge for the real wood, oh well, but this is a good compromise, especially because it's well insulated and rot-resistant.

They moved the motor from my two car garage to my one car garage and installed a new motor on the two door. They also fixed a remote that I had for the garage doors. Overall, it was a great experience.

Rand R brought samples, measured and helped me choose a new garage door. After ordering they followed through with phone calls and setting up a time for installation. I found them to be professional, courteous and helpful with any questions I had during the process. I am extremely pleased with the finished product.

The service provider showed up EARLY (which is wonderful!) and preformed the work quickly and professionally. He was even able to work around my roommate's care (the spare key was not left with me so I could move it). I highly recommend these guys. My whole garage looks newer and better.

Very impressed with service. Phone answered directly, service scheduled for following day, on time and professional. I'd requested torsion spring fix and was given a tight range estimate on initial phone call. Bill for entire service exceeded low-end of estimate by approx. $25.00.

We moved in our house three years ago. Our realtor gave us a new garage door opener as a gift, which we promptly contracted to get installed. The installer told us our garage door was in pretty bad shape and should be replaced in 2 or 3 years. Well, it's been 3 years, and he was right. About a month ago our garage door spring broke, trapping our cars inside the garage. We called Rand R and they were able to come out same day, squeezing us in between some other appointments. The technician let me know that the garage door was in really bad shape, cracked in several places, bowing in others--it looked terrible. He said it needed immediate replacement. I was in agreement, and was floored when he said that he wouldn't charge me for the spring repair. There was no guarantee I was going to go with Rand R for the replacement, but I certainly wanted to after that experience. I called that day to get a salesperson out, who came out and explained all my options. I decided on the door I wanted and scheduled an appointment to get it installed. The installer was professional and fast, and hauled the old door away. He reprogrammed everything patiently, and showed us where we should spray with silicone spray every year or so. The price was fair, and the door looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted them to ask if they stocked vinyl weather strips that I needed to replace on my garage doors that were over 10 years old and were cracked/broken (and the local home improvement stores only have cheap ones that don't work right). Rand R had them in stock and I was able to buy them on the spot. Although I didn't use them to install them (I really enjoy doing home improvement projects around the house myself if possible), the sales person not only carried them and loaded them in the car for me, he then spent the next 5 minutes in the parking lot going through his tips and tricks to install them perfectly. These tips were very helpful and my garage doors now look fantastic. That extra effort was much appreciated and I will definitely be using them in the future for all my garage doors needs.

They were on time fixed the job the second time they came out. An electrical storm fried the circuit board on my opener and they did not catch that the first time they came out. They were very courteous and I was very satisfied with their service.

The whole experience went smoothly: efficient to reach, timely service, thorough repair, and helpful information on maintenance.

They were great! When I called, they said they could get me on the schedule for the next day, but that there was a tech in the area that day, so they called him to find out if he could come sooner. They called back to confirm that he in fact could come the same day and within three hours, he was here. He replaced the springs and was on his way within an hour. They mailed me the bill. Super responsive, super friendly, and fast! Thanks!

Estimate was prompt and reasonable. Service was performed promptly and at quoted price. Everything is working fine. Would use them again.

One of the coil springs on my garage door broke, so I checked my manufactuer's web site (Chamberlain), and they had this co. listed as a vendor. I also checked Angie's list, and they showed up with a good review (albeit only one review). My experience was generally positive. The service technician was competent - he fixed the door in 25 mintutes and it works beautifully. And for $178, I found it worth the $$ because they replaced both springs. I had 2 downsides: 1) I found the service tech's demeanor to be rather aloof - he wasn't interested in shaking hands or introducing himself. 2) He was 45 minutes late for our appointment. Granted, he said that he hit the morning rush traffic, but there are ALWAYS traffic problems during morning rush hour. The point is - if its a daily ocurrence, compensate. I had to take personal time off from work to have this done, so I get annoyed when someone treats my time casually. Still, he managed to fix the door within the time I had alloted for myself.
