I've worked with a number of service firms/contractors over the years, and I have not worked with any firm that was as solid and reputable as Aspen Garage Door. Pat is phenomenal...honest, trustworthy, a man of his word, and focused on providing the highest level of service and quality that anyone could ever ask for. He had done a spring repair for me in June, and we talked about my need for a new garage door opener down the road. Pat did not try to hard sell me, and indicated I did not need one right away. Well now in October, I decided it was time to get a new one installed before winter set in, so I called Aspen and they were able to come in within 2 days, which was great timing, and provided me with a new WiFi capable opener. Pat answered all my questions, went over the instruction manual with me and insured I understood all the options the opener provided, along with how to use/access them. Pat did a great job, and I could not be any happier or pleased with the results. The opener is great, does everything I wanted it to do, and was very affordable. Pat and Aspen are what all companies should be, and I only wish they did other things outside of garage doors because I would use them for anything I needed help or repair with, as they are a pure pleasure to work with. If you have a garage door need and don't contact them, you are doing yourself a major disservice. They are the best of the best, and you won't be sorry!

Aspen Garage Door was super great. Called on a Friday, got an appointment for Monday morning. He actually called and was able to come early (awesome!). He let us know upfront that he could tear apart the unit for 200 or 300 or just replaced the old unit. We opted to replace it, WHICH HE RIGHT THEN! Replaced our broken door opener, added some safety equipment to our other door, replaced the opener on the wall and replaced the outside keypad. Great, quick service. Would 100% recommend. Thanks!

Called a number of garage door companies but the owner/operator of Aspen was the first to call back. He went over the likely cost and explained the overtime cost of coming on Saturday afternoon which we were comfortable with. He was here within 30 minutes (amazing) and the job was completed within an hour. This is an owner operated business and having worked with other garage door companies where a subcontractor or employee is sent out, you feel reassured when you meet him that you are going to be treated fairly and with respect.

I have nothing but high praise for Aspen Garage Door company. They replaced our aging and somewhat rusted old garage door and hardware with a great new door and new hardware. It works beautifully and looks great (or will when we get the house repainted to go with the new garage door color choice). Pat Deppen was a pleasure to work with and if I have any troubles of any kind in the future involving my garage door or opener, his company will get the first call.

Spring was quickly replaced. The other garage door was lubed and oiled for free. Overall a professional and friendly experience.

Our existing garage door was unexpectedly ruined on the night of Christmas Eve. We called the owner on Christmas Day and he spoke with my husband, telling him he could come early the next day (the 26th). He came exactly when he said he would and miraculously put our existing garage door back together so we at least had some security while we waited for our new door, which he ordered. (He got the old door in fair working condition; we had to open it, close it, and lock it manually.) He came back when he said he would and put the new garage door up. It is beautiful and, as far as we can tell, beautifully installed. We had one problem with the inside door hitting the track of the new overhead door, and he came out right away and fixed it. We had no problems at all, and we were grateful for his help.

My new door came yesterday. It is beautiful. Pat and his partner's son did an amazing job. Pat made sure my garage door opener was working properly with the new door. It is amazing to find a company that is ethical and caring.

The service was excellent, and the price very reasonable. In every way, Pat was professional in approach. He came by the house the day that I called to give me an estimate and was back the next day to do the work, even calling me in the morning to let me know that he would be half an hour late. Once here, he worked quickly and left no mess behind. In addition, Pat not only explained to me how the new system works, but he also identified issues that might crop in the future since my garage door is well over 20 years old. I would definitely call on him again and recommend his services to others.

The spring on our garage door failed Thanksgiving Day. With no backup spring we weren't able to lift the door manually to get our cars out of the garage (too heavy). We called every garage door service we could find on Angie's List and left messages. Aspen was the first to respond on Thanksgiving Day. They gave us the option to have the door repaired that day (for a higher fee) or wait until the next day. We opted to wait. The tech showed up right on time at 8:00am. It took him about an hour to repair (and this time he installed 2 springs, so if one breaks we'll be able to lift the door manually). He also installed a key pad and gave us an estimate (at our request) for a new garage lift. It was a very pleasant experience. And because he was able to come out early that morning we were able to get on the road and enjoy the rest of Thanksgiving holiday out of town as we had planned. THANK YOU ASPEN!!

A cable on my garage door broke and I ended up with a garage door 3/4 of the way down and bent tracks on a Saturday night. I called Aspen on Sunday morning and left a message, expecting a return call the following week. Within 2 hours Phil from Aspen returned my call, saying he could be there on Monday. I asked if he could just let himself into the partially open garage and he was good with that. I explained what the situation was and Phil quoted me a price and assured me he would call if the price would be more than that. When I arrived home Monday afternoon the garage door was fixed and actually runs smoother than before. The price was as quoted. A job well done and the prompt service was much appreciated. I will recommend and use this service provider for any future needs.

Responded very fast and did an excellent job of repairing 16' door we thought would have to be replaced.  We will definitely use this provider in the future.  Feel he earned our trust and gratitude.
