12 November 2019 When Dan says 8AM, he means it ... and he arrived on time despite the frigid 5 degree temperature today. He quickly assessed the main problem as being one of signal transmitting and repaired it efficiently. He determined the garage door Remote was not defective, nor did it have a bad battery (I had replaced it the day before!) but rather, the connections had gotten bent and weren't in contact with the battery. Instant repair! Dan also lubricated the moving parts of the garage door. By the time he left, in less than 15 minutes, the overhead door and the Remote were fully functional. It is pleasant to find skilled service people. A happy day in my neighborhood! Good news always travels fast.

After about 3 weeks on order and another week to get mutually scheduled, the installation went very smooth in less than one day as originally quoted. Door is nice and so is having natural light in the garage.

This is one of those really precarious things because he is so good I hate to have people use him because then he'll be unavailable. I believe it's just Dan that does his own work. He takes extreme pride in his work. He is prompt. He is efficient. He is courteous. In fact he's one of the very few service people that I have ever written a thank you note too after because you just don't see that in this day and age.

Quick response, excellent repair at a reasonable cost

Needed a large 18' by 7' door replaced. Dan was prompt in coming out to look at the door. Explained what door he recommended, how much it would cost, how long it would take to order, and how long it would take to install. He made some temporary fixes to make the broken door safe and operable while waiting for the new door. At installation he did everything as previously agreed upon. He even made repairs to my opener that we hadn't discussed for no additional cost. Highly recommended!!

Easy to schedule with, showed up right on time, knew exactly what the problem was right away, fixed it within 1/2 an hour. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend Jenko to others. I would use them again.

Jenko was prompt and completed the work quickly. Garage door has been working great since. The main repair was replacing broken torsion springs. Dave clearly explained what he did to my wife.

One of the 2 cables broke on 7/4, and I opted to wait till Monday to avoid the $$$ emergency charge. Called 3 garage door companies (all 3 are popular on Angie's List), and he was the one who can come the quickest and charge the lowest. One of the other 2 will charge double the amount, and the other one will charge 30% more.
Dan was prompt and professional, he offered some advices on how to maintain the door and got the cable job done in less than 30mins. I'll use him again if I need any garage door work next time.
